Lovely, clean & comfortable house with everything we needed. Furnished to a high standard with plenty of space inside & out. Great location with easy access to places in Shropshire & Wales.
This was better than a 'home away from home'! The standard of accommodation was exemplary. Absolutely everything we needed or wanted was provided. Our only slight issue was that as our dog is small, he would have been able to get through the sheep wire or under the gate chasing after the hares in the field, so we had to keep him on the lead. There are lots of good walks in the area details provided in the house, with fabulous views. Thank you, Vaughan, for hosting us. I'm sure we'll be back.
We had a very comfortable and relaxing time. The accommodation was well furnished and clean, with excellent attention to detail, in a great situation. The hosts were friendly and helpful, with useful local knowledge. The welcome gift was a nice touch. We hope to return at a similar time next year.

Wow. What a wonderful holiday homeimmaculate. This is the best cottage we have stayed in, with Sykes, and we have visited around 12 up to now. Everything oozed class. The bed linenas good as any 5 hotel. The bedrooms are huge, with perfect ensuites. If you like a log burner, this one is the best. Thank you Vaughan, for our relaxing weekend away. Rockhill Farmhouse was spotlessly clean and has all the amenities you could need. The dog walking field is a real bonus and a place to enjoy the peace and quiet. There was plenty to do with children from this base and they loved playing in the stream at Clun. The owners were helpful when needed and the electric charging was straightforward. Rockhill Farmhouse was absolutely perfect. Our family of 4 and 1 dog had a lovely stay. It was really clean, well laid out and everything we needed in a home away from home. Vaughan was a really welcoming host. We would definitely recommend and would sta here again.

We had a lovely few days at Rockhill Farmhouse. The accommodation is of a very high standard, very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is quiet and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The wood burner was a nice bonus and kept us toasty warm despite the snow outside. It is in a good location, a few minutes drive from the village, we enjoyed a nice meal in The White Horse pub. Church Stretton and Ludlow are about 30 minutes drive away and are worth a visit. We would recommend Rockhill Farmhouse if you like a quiet and very comfortable stay. Many thanks to our friendly host Vaughan.

What a wonderful property. We stayed during a hiking holiday and it was just perfect. All the facilities you could hope for and everything is up to a really high standard. Location too is perfect for walking in shropshire offas dyke.

Fabulous property in a stunning location with great walking from the doorstep. As two couples staying to celebrate New Year the wine fridge was particularly appreciated as were the incredibly comfortable beds. The field running up behind the property was perfect for watching wintry sunrises & wildlife a real asset. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We just couldn't fault Rockhill Farmhouse. Four of us stayed there over Christmas, and we've already booked again for Christmas 2026 as it was so lovely! Spotlessly clean, superb quality fixtures and furnishings, and situated in delightful countryside. We certainly didn't want for anything. Our stay at Rock Hill Farmhouse both met and exceeded our expectations . Lovely property, thoughtfully and tastefully presented, scrupulously clean and well equipped. We self cater so usually take a few utensils with us but had pretty much everything we needed provided. Vaughan is a friendly, pleasant host. While living in the property next door there was zero imposition and 100 support available both Vaughan and Eileen should be very proud of their delightful holiday property. The location and views are great too!
We had a very comfortable stay at Rockhill, the cottage was very cosy and warm and spotlessly clean with no attention to detail spared. Bring able to walk dogs in the paddock was a big bonus. Although very cold we even made use of the fire pit one night and enjoyed the night sky. Beautiful area to visit. Would highly recommend this cottage.
We absolutely loved our stay at Rockhill Farmhouse! The cottage was incredibly comfortable, and every detail had clearly been thought through with care. The only downside? Having to leave and return home, we wished we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Rockhill Farm. The accommodation is stunning and elegant but yet comfortable and homely. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Vaughan and Eileen were great hosts and always close by for recommendations or a chat. Use of the EV charger was a huge bonus and Vaughan was very accommodating allowing us to charge when we needed. It really was the perfect place to explore the beautiful Shropshire villages and countryside. Would highly recommend this property and will hopefully return in the future.

It was super clean, great kitchen for rustling up dinner and comfortable bed, could not have asked for more. Great location for exploring. We have had a wonderful week at Rockhill Farmhouse. The property was perfect for us and our dog. Inside is so comfortable and has everything you could need. The outside space is also stunning with the most wonderful views. Its a great base for exploring Shropshire.

We enjoyed a very relaxing week in part helped by the fantastic weather but moreover the superb farmhouse with stunning views and a very high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. The owner Vaughan was on hand if needed and a pleasure to chat to. The location is excellent for exploring the county of Shropshire but also across the border into mid Wales. Wed highly recommend Rockhill Farmhouse and intend booking a repeat holiday there.

Vaughan the owner, is so lovely to talk to, and really helpful, going above and beyond what you would expect. When you walk into the property everywhere smells lovely and there are very thoughtful touches for the dog. I will be honest and say that a little bottle of milk or wine would have been a nice touch for the humans though! I would have no hesitation recommending this place, its so relaxing and tasteful and the surrounding area is beautiful.

Excellent house in a beautiful area. I would say that the property was up with the best regards standard of finish and attractiveness. Host was very helpful and always available for advice and logs etc. Local area and Clun itself are very beautiful. Excellent property also if you have a dog. Enclosed area and a couple of well fenced fields with direct access from the house in which you can run the dog about.
This property was,warm,cosy and exceptionally clean. The wife was impressed with the hair dryer station in the bedroom. The owner,Vaughan, was very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend this property.
Rockhill Farm is truly wonderful, the farmhouse is exceptional, from the quality furnishings and luxurious linens to the practical kitchen utensils, shoe trays and even a portable shower for the dogs! No attention to detail has been spared inside or out! Wonderful views, numerous walks from the doorstep and fabulous fields of fully enclosed space for the dogs to roam around at their leisure. Its so very good I want to keep it a secret really
