Comfortable, clean, well equipped a great house and location for family holiday
We stayed at Sandy Toes with 6 adults and 2 small children in the autumn and had a lovely stay. It was the perfect base for us to venture out for walks among the horses in New Forest stroll along the beach and visit the local nature reserves. The house is located in a calm neighbourhood and was nothing short of perfect. We would especially like to thank Phil and Sue for the warm welcome giving us lot's of useful tips for local trips and restaurants and their availability to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. I can honestly say I can't think of a single thing to remark upon. 1010, highly recommended

Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation. Has every kitchen appliance and utensils you could possibly need. Lovely, secure garden for your four legged friends and small children. Comfy beds and lovely soft towels in the bathrooms. Great location for exploring Dorset. The owners greet you at the door, which is a lovely touch and are on hand if you have any issues. Highly recommend Sandy Toes!

A second visit to this property, this time given the changeable weather our grandchildren took advantage of the games in the well stocked sideboard. Lots of room for the younger ones to run around. Well stocked cutlery, plates etc and all you could need for cooking. The beds are comfortable and the bedding and towels of a good quality. The only minor issue is the ensuite shower which sometimes only has lukewarm water.

We recently had our family summer holiday at Sandy Toes and can honestly say it was one of the best holiday homes we have stayed at. The owners, Phil and Sue had thought of everything to make our holiday one of the best we have had. The house is wonderfully equipped even including toys, puzzles and games for every age, a beach trolley, wind breaks and crab lines and nets. We sat outside relaxing most evenings in the lovely seating area in the garden which was enclosed important for a 3 and 6yearold! and enjoyed cooking a meal on the large gas barbecue. The house is well situated for the beach and places to visit. We definitely recommend Sandy Toes for a family holiday.

This was a lovely well equipped family home and garden, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Phil and Sue welcomed us on the day we arrived and showed us where everything was. There were lots of toys and games for the children. The beach was only a short walk away and at the back of the house there is a lovely little park and swings. A good fish and chips, Chineese takeaway and pub nearby We had a wonderful time there and hope to return. Thank you Phil and Sue.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Sandy Toes. Everything we needed and more was provided. Comfortable beds, meant we had a good nights rest. We enjoyed discovering local attractions, such as Highcliffe Castle. The nearby beaches were good, and dog friendly. The beach trolley was very useful. After busy days we found the garden very peaceful to relax in, with plenty of seating and comfy cushions! Thank you for a lovely holiday.

A beautiful, clean home in a great location just outside Christchurch. The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible, even had a toy box for our little ones! and were always contactable if needed. A fantastic holiday house we would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Mudeford.

A beautiful home from home,exceptionally clean and lovely and light. Everything you needed was there, comfortable beds, good showers in the bathrooms. The garden is a delight,sun trap for most of the day,and a lovely seating area. Mudeford is great, Avon beach also, though very crowded I imagine in the school holidays..we were there the week before the schools broke up. Good facilities there also. Would definitely recommend driving to the New Forest for lovely walks, about 15 minutes drive. Lyndhurst and Lymington great places for shopping. The Noisy Lobster is good for food but parking is limited when busy. All in all,Sandy Toes is an excellent place to stay, cant fault it..10 out of 10! Thank you Phil and Sue x

We had a fantastic time at Sandy Toes and it had everything we needed and more. It is like a home from home and cant wait to visit again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Toes. The property was extremely clean and well equipped, plus the garden was an excellent sun trap! The house was in a great location for the beaches and Mudeford Quay, plus only a 15 min drive from great walks in the New Forest.

Firstly, the house was spotlessly clean. The owners Phil and Sue, were super helpful in introducing us to the house and local amenities, and later through a WhatsApp link , providing more local info. The house is very well equipped and really wants for nothing to provide kitchenware , outside chairs, barbecue , etc.. Location for the beaches, supermarkets, access to the surrounding areas etc was also excellent. Would heartily recommend to future possible clients. Thank you.
This was the best holiday home we have stayed in. The House and garden was very clean, and really enjoyed watering the garden for the owners. The back garden was super dog secure which was number one on our wish list. The kitchen was so well equipped, if it was not there you did not need it. The bedrooms so spacious and beds comfy. I could not find a single fault and can not wait to go back.

The house, which is in a superb location, was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The owners were friendly and very helpful.
The accommodation was perfect for us four adults and 3 boys between 10 and 5 years old. The house is very spacious and comfortable. It is very wellequipped with everything you could need. The red buggy cart was firstclass for taking everything to the beach. The house is in an excellent location so we were able to explore the local area and go further afield to the New Forest and Bournemouth. We really enjoyed our holiday and would certainly stay again.
This was our second visit to Sandy Toes and everything was just as good if not better than the first. The property is exceptionally well equipped, spacious, welcoming and very nicely positioned in a quiet development but also providing excellent access to both the beach and shopping facilities. Sandy Toes provides everything you need for a stress free and comfortable stay and works particularly well for an extended family group with young children.

We had a lovely time at Sandy Toes. The owners, Phil and Sue, met us when we arrived and showed us around and gave us lots of useful information. The house has everything you could ever want. Lovely garden with balls and rackets to play with. Knocked a few over the fence and the neighbours were very friendly, letting us go into their garden to find the ball. The nearest beach is a only a short walk away, and although we had a few cold days, had a great time playing in the sand.
A lovely place to stay it suited our family so well. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and we had been left all the little things you realise you need only when you get there.The bedrooms were lovely as were the comfortable beds. The toy box was a big hit with the children. We appreciated being so near a lovely beach

An exceptional holiday home, comfortable, clean, spacious enough for our extended family of 6 adults and 2 little ones and extremely well equipped including items such as toys and BBQ not in listing. We had a great week, with amazing weather so walked to the beach most days, but also went on the little ferry to Hengistbury Head for beach and crabbing thanks for the use of the crabbing equipment. The nearby playground and woods proved popular with the three year old. Phil and Sue were so helpful with suggestions of where to go. Hope to return.

Sandy Toes is one of the best of the many holiday properties weve stayed in. It was maintained to a very high standard and the owners Phil and Sue couldnt have been more helpful. We particularly appreciated the trolley for taking things to the beach.
Sandy Toes is a comfortable home from home. The very welcoming owners greeted us on arrival and showed us around, including the useful beach equipment in the garden shed. The kitchendiner is a sociable space and has all you could possibly need for selfcatering. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. The whole house is immaculately clean and well maintained. The location is ideal for visiting a few beaches and the east Dorset coastal area, we all had a great time. Thank you.
We had a lovely stay at Sandytoes, the hosts are really helpful and kind. The property is well maintained and the 4 bedrooms were all a good size and perfect for our family holiday shared with grandparents. The kitchen space is really lovely and sunny in the mornings and the garden is great for being able to keep an eye on the kids but letting them play freely. The hosts kindly lent us the use of a beach trolley which meant we walked to Avon beach in about 12 mins with all the deckchairs and kids toys etc. Avon beach is great for a family seaside holiday, with lifeguards, toilets and ice creamcafes and a doggy section.We had days out in Bournemouth and Lymington, but we mostly stayed local as there is everything you need in walking distance. The hosts were really helpful when my car broke down on the drive and tried to help us find a garage. They also had lots of top tips for the best things to during our week there. 1010 recommended!
A lovely house with off road parking for two cars and a secure garden where children can play safely. Its cleanliness was exemplary. There is a children's park just round the corner near the community centre and the beach is within walking distance. The beach trolley left in the shed for us to use was a nice touch, as was the excellent welcoming pack. The selection of brochures for local tourist spots was a good idea. All in all, it is the best holiday house we have stayed in.
A lovely, spacious and exceptionally well equipped property, perfect for our extended family of 7, including two small children. Every need was catered for and the house is beautifully presented yet also very homely and comfortable. The position of the property is also a bonus with easy walking to the beach, local shops, open space and a great childrens playground. Great meeting point for our 3 generation extended family party. The property is a beautiful home with comfy beds, quiet rooms, plenty of social space and every facility supplied by the owners Phil and Sue, more than most holiday rentals They arranged to greet us on arrival, with lots of practical information about the house and area, also in their information folder their couple of brief courtesy texts during the week, felt attentive but not intrusive. Area great, lots to do and see. Would highly recommend, .. longer stay, next time, hopefully!

Lovely property in a great location. Would highly recommend Sandy Toes. It is just a 10 minute walk to the sandy beach and in an excellent location to visit the new forest and other areas of interest. The house was very clean and nicely presented with everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. A nice, well kept garden with plenty of seating and space for children to play. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. A great holiday and we certainly hope to return.

A lovely four bedroom house that was very clean, well furnished and in a good position being within walking distance of the beach and shops. It has a private, south facing garden where children can play safely. The pergola is an ideal place to dine outside on a warm summer evening. The owners welcomed us on arrival and gave us a quick tour explaining how everything worked and also provided an instruction folder in case we forgot anything. All in all, one of the best holiday homes we have had.

The holiday accommodation was like a beautiful home from home. The different age groups of our family all enjoyed their stay. The local area for dog walking and children's bike riding is excellent. The short distance to local beaches and amenities is very convenient. All in all a wonderful holiday.
