✓Note:unsuitable for those with limited mobility due to a large number of steps (approx 70 - 80) leading up to the property from the parking - the view and apartment itself are well worth the walk
✓Note: you can unload luggage from maria's lane which is behind the property, there are a lesser number of steps then to the front, these steps are set into the hillside which lead down to the rear of the property
✓Bring a torch
✓Note: there is no allocated parking space for the apartment but you can use the residents parking area beyond the harbour car park, however, there is no guarantee of a space during peak times
✓Parking is otherwise in the harbour car park and can be paid for via an app
