Sewin Cottage, Golden Grove

Booked a week to stay, home from home. Everything was perfect, the hosts kind and at hand for any queries. The location was beautiful and peaceful just a pity about the weather! Would highly recommend Sewin Cottage for a break in the countryside away from the hustle and bustle on daily life.

The most relaxing break Ive had. The cottage was lovely with everything we needed to recharge our batteries. The grounds were stunning for us and the dog. Plus we couldnt have asked for more friendly owners in Mandy and kevin which made our stay even better. Will definitely book again in any one of the three cottages available this was more than a 5 star break

Lovely homely cottage. My husband and I were were impressed with the exceptional attentional to detail the hosts provided inside the cottage fresh flowers on the dining table, cosy blankets, lovely quality bedding and towels, a kitchen which provides everything you need for your stay and more. Outside the cottage the grounds were kept impeccably, with lots of private and communal seating areas and a play frame for the children to keep them entertained. This break away in the beautiful countryside was just what we needed with our children whilst our own home is being renovated. We would happily recommend this cottage to anyone!

Immaculate accommodation in a stunning location. The bed was huge and super comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped. Mandy and Kevin the owners were lovely and we really appreciated the welcome pack.

We have had a fabulous stay at Sewin cottage the photos are accurate but really still dont do the property and location justice as is just beautiful. Super clean and cosy, owners are five star. Great communication on the run up to stay, introduced themselves during stay were discrete when testing hot tub and around doing any jobs at the site and post stay also lovely contact. I would highly recommend in every way. I would not hesitate to return. Five star accommodation and five star owners and location

We had a lovely weekend break at Sewin Cottage with our two children and doggy! The cottage is beautiful with stunning views. Its well equipped and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a truly lovely stay at Sewin. The cottage was clean, spotless, and had stunning views. The accommodation was very comfortable. Both the kitchen and the rooms were excellent. The kitchen had everything we needed, and overall, I would recommend Sewin 100 to anyone. Although the weather wasnt great, we still had a wonderful time, as we could simply relax and enjoy the cottage itself, which offers breathtaking views and could chill in the hot tub

We had a fantastic stay at Sewin Cottage, despite some lousy weather! The cottage is lovely, even better than the pictures. The beds are immensely comfortable, the kitchen really wellequipped and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Mandy was so friendly and came and introduced herself. She was on hand had we needed anything. Overall, we would highly recommend this place. Thanks for an excellent stay!

We loved it so much! It was amazingly clean, lovely big bedrooms, gorgeous setting! Within an hour of arriving we were online to see your availability for Christmas! Alas, fully booked, but I understand why. Its beautiful. Thank you!

The cottage and the surrounding is gorgeous! Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the hot tub and the view, and the location is perfect. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive and assisted with any issue we had. Highly recommended!

Beautiful cottage. Two very large bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds or one can be two singles, and TVs. Very comfortable sofas and armchairs and large Smart TV in lounge. Very clean, and friendly owners have thought of everything. The hot tub was great, and beautiful far reaching views all around. Couldn't fault. Nearest town was Llandeilo, 4 miles away, but not a problem by car and lots of eateries.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful and set in the most stunning peaceful surroundings. It had everything we needed and the little welcome gifts were lovely. The hot tub, the views and the comfy cottage made for a perfect, relaxing weekend break. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Wow, what a gorgeous cottage, clean, well equipped, beautiful surroundings, quiet, fantastic views. Hot tub was great as was the firepit. We will be back for sure. Thank you for making it a wonderful week. Xx

Amazing cottage with everything we needed to feel right at home! The views from the cottage is spectacular beautiful green fields, surrounded by peace and quiet! The cottage is even more beautiful than on the photos! The things we especially appreciated was ample packing space both in the kitchens and the rooms, enough hangers, foil kitchen roll, more than 4 cups for coffee ! , the games was a great bonus and a special thank you for the thoughtfulness of the wine, milk, cake, fresh flowers and condiments The weather really did not play along so we will have return in the summer to enjoy the hot tub a bit more as well as the firepit!

Our stay at sewin cottage was really good! It was our first time to have stayed in a cottage, and it did not disappoint. Excellent package and location! If there was one feedback that we could give for improvement, would be a replacement drier. It could prove cost effective and efficient. Thanks so much!

We absolutely loved the cottage and the location. Unfortunately our stay wasn't exactly as planned after my auntie had a fall but nevertheless we found the facilities wonderful and the hosts the same.

This cottage comes with more facilities than any other we have stayed in The hydro bubble bath will definitely attract someone, the children's play area is safe and includes slides etc. And there is a secure dog area of some 40 x 40 feet. Being on a slope its a good place to play ball and tire your mut. But you will realise thought has been given to this barn conversion on arrival, not only due to the space, but when you find milk in the fridge, coffee pods next to the coffee machine, a bottle of wine and a cake to provide that immediate snack. The grass is short, the trees, hedges and fencing well maintained. Parking is properly allocated and you are encouraged to recycle. And the view is fantastic. The owners have thought of everything!

Hosts had thought of everything. Very clean & well equipped, with stunning countryside views. There was even the surprise of a bottle of wine, Bara Welsh cake & beautiful fresh roses on the table. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a quite & peaceful retreat.

We had such a great time at sewin cottage, the cottage itself was beautiful, and the views were to die for! We all had the most relaxing weekend ever, its just what we all needed so a massive thank you to Kev and Mandy for meeting all our accommodations and helping us if we had any questions, we will be coming back soon!!

We would highly recommend this comfortable well equipped cottage. With sensational views when you wake in the morning to a starlit sky whilst you soak and relax in the hot tub. Kevin and Mandy were excellent hosts who would cater for every need.

Sewin Cottage is beautiful and well equipped, the views are amazing and the hot tub is lovely and situated to make the most of them. The hosts Kevin & Mandy are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend a stay here.

Sewin Cottage was very welcoming, great family accommodation which was very clean, modern, and well equipped. Lovely views over the countryside, easy to find and great facilities the hot tub was a welcome treat and enjoyed by all. We had a relaxed family break and really enjoyed our holiday visiting places around the area and coastal villages.

Fantastic property with lots. Of space and great facilities including the hot tub. The use of a bbq is a nice touch. Good location for walking. You will need a car to visit local points of interest. Garden is not fully secure so keep that in mind if you have children or dogs. Overall a lovely property and if you want a relaxing holiday with good facilities this is the place to choose.

The cottage was perfect and very clean. Would highly reccommend the cottage for its facilities and especially the views from every room they are stunning over the countryside. The owners Mandy and Kev cannot do enough for you and are very friendly and helpful.
