Stapleford Farm Reviews

Joanne
Fabulous week at Stapleford Farm cottages, 16 adults in 3 cottages. All were beautifully presented cottages, with great amenities. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchens and good outdoor space. The cottages are surrounded by glorious countryside, your neighbours are sheep and horses. We made use of the croquet which was already set up, the games room. Playing tournaments of darts, pool, and table tennis. Great time was had by all, including our 2 fur girls
The perfect accommodation for our large family group for Mums special birthday. Each cottage was stunning with plenty of facilities for the whole group from age 80 to the youngest 1 year old. Beautiful surroundings, Bridget the owner was very helpful and even invited the little ones to hold the baby lamb. Lovely outdoor courtyard area for enjoying the sun as well as games room and gym. Great walks from the farm. Also Bridget kindly let us have a leisurely check out so not rushed at all. Would recommend and hope to return again .
This set of cottages was perfect for us, very spacious with good outdoor areas for the dogs. The surrounding area is remote giving us a tranquil stay and the views are amazing. It would have been a bonus if we could have had somewhere to dispose of the dog poo.
An absolutely brilliant long weekend break for nine people and our three dogs. Beautiful property that is spotlessly clean with everything you need for your stay. Lovely dog walks in the immediate area and fully enclosed courtyard making it safe for children and dogs. Games room was great fun. West Bay was definitely worth visiting although can be windy. Big shout out to the Marquis of Lorne pub and restaurant for delicious food. Finally thank you so much to Bridget a lovely lady and top class host.
We had a really lovely stay, the facilities were excellent and the houses have some lovely additions, with games, a rocking horse and books for all ages. The location is stunning with some lovely walks and the owners are very accommodating and welcoming. The area is definitely worth an explore, some lovely towns and beaches and we thoroughly enjoyed finding fossils at Lyme Regis. The houses are wellequipped, for all ages, the shared court yard is a lovely, self contained space and theres plenty of car parking available, a couple of the beds were a bit too firm and creaky but this was the only minor downside. Would definitely recommend, was perfect for our multigenerational holiday.
A Perfect property for me and a group of friends to spend the weekend playing Board Games, Eating, drinking and being merry! The lighting was perfect for playing the games and the main barn had plenty of room for us to play and eat together. Couple of minor things, everything was well stocked except bin bags, but we will know this for next time now. There were a few Ants by the bathroom door in the main barn and the pillows were a little thin. Other than that the whole place was perfect! I would highly recommend for large groups or a family as there is lots to do for all ages. Great communication with the owner aswell who allowed us to check out later than normal.
We had an amazing time, the cottages suited our needs perfectly and served as a great base to explore the surroundings. Our host Bridget made us feel very welcome and was very inviting than you! 10 out of 10 guys!

Have just spent a long weekend at Stapleford Farm cottages for a large family celebration of birthdays . The three cottages are immaculate and very well equipped with all you might require. The gym and pooldarts room went down very well with the children . The cottages are in a beautiful rural setting with amazing views and the sheep and lambs were a bonus .
