An authentic St Ives cottage with tons of character means the cottage’s staircases are fairly steep and may not be suitable for some
This property’s main entrance is accessed via three steps up to the front door

Located on the Ground Floor at entrance level
The room features a large sofa and an armchair and a Flatscreen Smart TV with Freeview

Dining Area
Incorporated into the kitchen, this area has a table with seating for six

Kitchen
Situated on the Lower Ground floor this room has access to the front of the property at street level.
Modern and spacious with a Smart TV (Freeview) and a range of cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery provided
Appliances include a microwave, gas hob, electric oven and grill, fridge (with ice box), Lavazza coffee machine, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner
*Guests are asked to bring their own pods for the coffee machine

Located on First Floor, this room is furnished with a double bed, mirror, side tables and reading lamps as well as a stand-alone wardrobe and chest of drawers
*A hairdryer is provided

Located on second floor this room features a double bed, a chest of drawers, bedside table with lamp, stand-alone wardrobe and mirror

Bedroom Three
Located on second floor this room has a single bed, built-in wardrobe and mirror

Located on the Second Floor, this room has a shower (plus hand held attachment), a wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and mirror

Bathroom Two
Located on the First Floor this room has a shower cubicle with a rain head, (plus hand held attachment), a wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and mirror

Parking
There is no allocated parking for this property however guests may drive to front door to offload before heading up Barnoon Hill to Barnoon long stay car park
During the peak holiday months if this car park is full, the Rugby Club is a good alternative.
