Loved this place. Fully equipped, five minute walk to town or beach. Very comfortable. Dog friendly. Accommodates 8 people only four of us so the hit tub felt massive.

The property was well presented,clean and ideally situated close to the centre of Mablethorpe and Queens Park The hot tub was most enjoyable and the welcome pack was certainly a bonus A few points to be noted rather than criticisms The hot tub was cold when we arrived so could not be used until the next day much to the disappointment of everyone I understand that it needs to be cleaned regularly so maybe to be informed in advance would be helpful A hairdryer would be a very useful addition together with dishwasher tablets and bin liners either in the bins or supplied Would have happily swapped some items in the welcome pack for these I would recommend it though for an enjoyable stay in Mablethorpe

Had a lovely time at The Beach Haven, everything was there that we needed, great location for beach & shops. Very dog friendly & amazing welcome hamper. Have already recommended to friends & will definitely stay again if visiting the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Haven. Upon arrival we were met with the best welcome hamper we've ever had, it also included treats for out two dogs. The property and garden area is amazing and very well thought out especially for a large family like us. We never felt cramped in any way. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of towels. The kitchen is very well planned too, with everything you need. The house is ideally located to explore Mablethorpe and just a short walk to the beach. The hot tub was great and all the family loved it. We really enjoyed our time at the Beach Haven and we've had a lovely break away. Thank you!

Would definitely recommend this property, everything you need for a lovely holiday. Well equipped and clean and in a good location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again. The hot tub was an added bonus, we loved it!

We stayed at The Beach Haven over Easter and it was superb for a multi generational holiday! The best welcome basket we have ever seen and we have stayed in alot of cottages over the years. Even the dog was spoilt. Owners were quick to respond when I messaged to advise of a couple of breakages only charging the cost which was much appreciated. Hot tub best and biggest we have ever had fabulous, clean and warm. Would definitely recommend staying st The Beach Haven. Thanks for a great stay The MacLarens

Heating not working over the weekend. Neither sykes nor owner contactable until monday! No clear guidance on what is allowed locally in the recycling bin which most other rentals provide in a folder along with the owners contact details. Otherwise the layout was ideal for our party. Not far to walk into town or the beach. Coop and Aldi walking distance bigger Tesco a bit further away.
