1st class accommodation. Well equipped kitchen. Tastefully decorated. Welcome pack on arrival. Privately enclosed garden, safe for children & dogs. Nicki & Dave great hosts, nothing to much trouble if needing assistance with anything. Would highly recommend.

Lovely property and great hosts. Ideally located, quiet but with good bus links and an easy walk into Newport. This was my third visit and I'll be back next year.

This is our second year at The Coach House. Its a real home from home and very comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Its so peaceful and you can literally leave the car and walk for miles straight from the door. Nici is a lovely host and leaves a very generous hamper of local produce plus you can buy eggs laid by the Clatterford hens. Our dogs love it here and wed highly recommend staying here.

This is truly a home from home. Nicola, the owner, has taken great care to choose soothing colours, beautiful pictures and quirky ornaments to make this cottage a relaxing place to be. The place was spotless, the kitchen well appointed and the lounge a great place to chill out with plenty of throws to snuggle in. The hot tub was much appreciated after bracing walks on the beaches or around Carisbrooke castle where we met lots of dog friendly locals. The two fords near the cottage were great for a quick wash of muddy paws and wellies but there is also access to an outside tap in the courtyard. Thank you Nici for making us and our little dog so warmly welcome. You deserve your 5 stars.

Lovely property, made to feel very welcome and the birthday hamper just topped it off. In a very secluded area very quite just what we needed for a break away from work. We feel if there was extra toilet facilities maybe downstairs would have eased congestion for the bathroom. Very well maintained and hot tub what a bonus!!! Thank you so much .

We have just returned from a week at this lovely property and think we have found our new favourite holiday destination. The house is a proper home from home, the outside courtyard space is a great space for drying wet dogs but also a lovely space to sit at the table, then the upper garden area gives you beautiful countryside views with a peaceful seating area and the hot tub. There are lovely walks on the doorstep and the location is perfectly located for exploring this lovely island. Nicci, the owner was lovely and very kindly got us substantially discounted ferry tickets. We definitely hope to return next year.

What a beautiful home, extremely clean and well equipped. Very comfortable beds, and seating areas. It had everything to make a perfect holiday. The garden being totally enclosed was fabulous for our 2 whippets and the hot tub was an added bonus. Very central to fantastic walks from the doorstep. We are returning visitors, as we love The Coach House! It is situated in a lovely quiet area, a stones throw from Carisbrooke Castle. The Coach House is cosy and comfortable where everything you might need has been thought of.

Lovely cottage inside and out. Decoration internally was absolutely beautiful it was like you were home from home. Nice little welcome basket of goodies on the kitchen table on arrival and a small bottle of milk in a churn bottle int he fridge. Use of the hot tub as well, which was great on evenings after a long day. Nici and Dave were very friendly, to the point Nici came out to service the hot tub at 9pm when a fault occured. Try the Cluckerford Hens eggs which Nici puts out daily scrumptious

Wonderful relaxing cottage and garden. No disturbance from the owners. At our last cottage on the island the owner kept appearing and chatting every time we stepped outside. Their chickens provided extremely tasty eggs. Lovely walk to Carisbrooke Castle Google said 7 minutes.

My second visit to the lovely cottage with a great welcome pack! . It's a very picturesque location, near to Carisbrooke Castle and an easy walk or bus ride into Newport if you don't want to drive. There are plenty of local walks too. Enjoyed the Italian restaurant just a 10 minute walk away. Helpful and friendly host already planning my next visit.

The Coach House is extremely comfortable, cosy and very well equipped and clean. Location is great and peaceful so makes a great base for venturing out from and on your return can easily relax after a busy day. Hot tub amazing and in a great location on the property. Would Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic accommodation in a lovely peaceful location. The house feels like a home as soon as you arrive, its clean and very tastefully decorated, and has everything you could need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. A very generous welcome pack on arrival thank you Nici the milk, tea and coffee very much appreciated after a long journey. We all dogs and humans loved our walks around Carisbrooke Castle and local fields, and the dogs loved paddling in the ford on the way back. The house is in a great location to explore the island and lovely to come back to after long days sightseeing, especially being able to relax in the hot tub. We were incredibly lucky with the weather, so we made the most of our days out. Nici is really friendly and helpful, even putting extra boarding up to stop our small dog potentially escaping from the garden. Very reassuring to know that the garden is secure. We would absolutely love to stay at the Coach House again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it.

We enjoyed a lovely stay. Perfect location to reach all parts of the island. Peaceful location but within 25 minute walk of the main shops. Accommodation comfortable and relaxing. Loved the hot tub.

The coach house was beautifully decorated and had everything you would need, plus a lot of thoughtful extras. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. The location a short walk from Carisbrooke Castle, and central on the island, was great.

Arrived home last night after a lovely week at our favorite the Coach House. Nici and Dave as always the perfect and generous hosts ensuring you have a happy stay. As always sad to leave and we and our dogs, Teddy and Sidney, enjoyed an idyllic week in perfect accommodation and location . Enjoyed our local walks, visiting old and new haunts, peace and tranquility and the much needed recharging of the batteries. Highly recommended and we will be back. This cottage was great for a family of five and two dogs. Lovely big kitchen, great facilities. Cupboard in the living room with board games and jigsaw puzzles that were much appreciated on rainy days and in the evenings. My girls loved the hot tub which was in its own little secluded part of the garden. Beds were very comfortable and the whole cottage was clean and nicely decorated. It had a very homely feel and the lovely and friendly owners were available for any questions we had. Local shops about a ten minute walk away and in the other direction, Carisbrooke Castle and public footpath across water meadows and farmland great for walking the dogs on a lead again a few minutes walk. Highly recommend this cottage and we definitely plan on booking again. Thank you for a great holiday!

This was our second time at The Coach House. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need! We had a lovely comfortable stay and a great welcome basket too. The central Island location is ideal as a base to travel out from and we really enjoyed walks around the local lanes and up to the Castle too.

Loved the coach house! Nicki and Dave were fabulous very helpful and made us feel very welcome. It was the perfect location for our two dogs home from home lovley walks around the castle perfect location. A very definite five star holiday accommodation. The owners are extremely friendly and so very helpful and the home has everything needed for a great holiday. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The garden and outside space are great with the hot tub being an added bonus. The location is ideal if you like cycling and walking as is centrally located. To sum up in one word perfect

We had the most amazing stay in the Coach House. 5 Nights It was lovely being so close to Carisbrooke Castle too, which can be seen from the garden. Time to relax in the hot tub when it was raining, then out later in the day. The hot tub is a great temperature too and easy to work. Property was very clean and beautifully furnished. A lovely IOW goody basket filled with tasty treasures from around the island was left on the kitchen table for us. Great garden especially for us and our two dogs. No need to worry about your pooches when your in the tub. Just outside the front door to the left there are fresh eggs to buy from your hosts chickens. Very nice treat for breakfast. Fantastic host very friendly and good with all communications. We will be returning to your beautiful home. Thank you.

Very welcoming host, warm, extremely clean and well equipped cottage. A lot of thought has gone into providing everything we could possibly want during our stay. The nautical theme of well chosen accessories gave the impression that the hosts wanted you to feel that they had made every effort to make you feel at home. The location is very peaceful but with pubsshops nearby and plenty of room to park. Thank you and hope to be back again soon.
