An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner as well as a selection of glasses, cutlery, crockery, cookware and utensils are provided

Master Bedroom
Situated upstairs on the first floor this bedroom has features a king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, a built-in wardrobe, mirror and Smart TV

*A hairdryer is provided

Bedroom Two
Situated on the first floor, this children’s bedroom has a fab window seat with cushions, and plenty of books to read. Furnished with a triple bunk bed, bedside table, bedside lamp, wardrobe and mirror

*Suitable only for children, with bedding available on request the room also has a large chair which converts to a single bed with a Cocoon memory foam base for comfort

Family bathroom
Located on the first floor, the family bathroom includes a bath with shower over (and hand held attachment), wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, mirror and cabinet

Shower room
Located on the ground floor off the kitchen with electric shower, a hand basin, and WC

Outside
An open courtyard to the side of the cottage is furnished with an outdoor dining set. This area belongs to the cottage and is for the sole use of Old Arch guests although it is open to the lane. There is space to store wetsuits and boards out the back (though not secure)

Parking
Guests have use of a private parking space at St Ives Rugby Club, (a 10-minute walk downhill and 20 minutes uphill).
However, a regular bus service to the Rugby Club operates from outside The Tate Gallery (about half a minute’s walk from the cottage)
