If you are looking for an exclusive, high quality place to stay then this is it. If you like tech, this place has it all. If you want a log fire, it has that too. We just cannot fault it. We had one minor issue with the electric gate and the owner came straight across and rectified it within minutes

A wonderful and luxurious property in beautiful surroundings. Very private, peaceful and relaxing. Great location for local beaches etc. We had a lovely weeks stay and made good use of the hot tub and bbq.
The Granary was an absolutely beautiful house to stay in, it really felt like home from home. It was kitted out to a very high standard, the house had everything that you could possibly want. The layout and design had been really well thought out and the gardens and hot tub were a perfect addition. Beautiful county and coastal walks on your doorstep my dog had the best time too. Would definitely recommend a stay and we will be staying again.

We absolutely loved The Granary. It is extremely well appointed, well equipped, well located, beautiful, comfortable and private. Amongst the very best on Sykes' website. The owners were very helpful and left us a lovely welcome pack and Christmas tree. The coastal walks are glorious Botallack to Porth Nanven, Kynance to Lizard Point, Mousehole to Lamorna and Trellisik Estate.

This house is faultless, every little detail is thought of including the things for our dog and the quality of everything is of the highest standard. We cannot speak high enough of this house and we were so so sad to be leaving but so grateful for the most perfect week.

We have just finished our week break at The Granary and we did not want to come home. The property is incredibly comfortable and homely. I could not recommend this place enough. It was lovely to come back to such a warm and comforting home after a long day out and about. We will definitely be looking at booking again in the near future

Fabulous property with lots of space inside and out. It had all the latest mod cons and it was particularly great that the owners thoughtfully left bread, milk, butter and treats, especially as we arrived very late into the evening. We also really appreciated having simple things stocked up like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls where often you have to go and buy them as soon as possible if you haven't taken them with you. The enclosed separate dog field was an added bonus. The house is in a great location and was simply a cut above most other properties we have stayed in we've already booked for next year! I would highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent directions. Super clean, extremely comfortable, wonderful beds, highquality fixtures and fittings. Completely enclosed, so we could let our two dogs outside without needing to supervise them. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Granary.

This was our second time at the Granary upon arrival a nice touch with a welcome pack and fresh flowers on the table. There is everything and more for your stay at the granary and is superb if you are a dog owner with its own dog field and a secure back garden. If I could fault anything we didnt find the settee very comfortable a bit low for us but would not hesitate to book the granary again its in a superb location for visiting the area.

The Granary is a superb place for a break in Cornwall. There were several beautiful gardens nearby and the local beaches were glorious. The cottage is well resourced and has everything needed for a lovely break. The kitchen is well stocked and have everything needed to cook for a group of people. We had a very relaxing break, our dog was well catered for and the hot tub very welcome! Thank you for such a beautiful accommodation.

We had a fabulous stay at the Granary. We have been to Boskensoe Barns several times but this was our first stay in the Granary and it did not disappoint. The house is just beautiful, well equipped and the perfect location to go exploring Falmouth, Truro & the local woodlandbeach areas. My only slight negative was that the hot tub was only set to 20 degrees when we arrived, meaning we had to wait several hours before we could use it. But that was minor. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, it was lovely to have the bifold doors open and enjoy a BBQ. Our only previous concern was a small gap where the pup could escape the garden, but the bushes have now grown so this was no longer a worry which meant a relaxing holiday for us all. Thank you

A fantastic property in a lovely quiet location. All facilities, fixtures & fittings are top quality and this really is a 5 star house. The EV charger was a great bonus to have, and with the addition of the hot tub it really made our week a super relaxing experience. The owners checked in with us during our stay which was a nice touch, and we will certainly be returning to this property again. Highly recommended
This is our third stay at Boskensoe, our first at the property Granary. This is by far the nicest place we have stayed, the fit and finish is perfect, the private gate operated drive and garden is large, the lawn and garden is great for pets and the hot tub and outdoor log burner was well used with excellent views. The inside was without exaggeration very very roomy, the two bedrooms with ensuites were unbelievable, beds comfy. The living area and kitchen also to the highest standards. Two small thingsthe iPads which controlled the sound system throughout the property were glitchy and the high end sound bar underneath the TV wasnt connected up. Other than that incredible.

These is one of a very few properties that we have returned to. The standards are very high, we love the comfortable beds & sofa. The well equipped kitchen, the fires inside and out and lastly the large hot tub and outdoor shower.
