✓Note:a leat (small stream) runs alongside the house, in summer it is usually a small trickle, but the banks have loose rocks, uneven ground and trip hazards and is not suitable for walking along, and may be tempting for children to explore
✓Note: horses and cows graze in nearby fields
✓Note: the right side of the aga is switched off for the summer to keep the house cool, while the left side functions fully with an electric oven, grill, and four?ring gas hob
