First-floor duplex apartment. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Please note the bathroom is on the same floor as the Kitchen and living/dining room then the bedrooms on are the next floor via a staircase.

✓Please also note: due to this being a character property, the ceilings are low and the stairs are quirky and narrow/steep and so may not be suitable for people with mobility issues
✓The property has an entrance then a staircase up to the kitchen bathroom and living room then another staircase to the bedrooms
✓The double bedroom has a window but the twin bedroom does not
✓Roadside parking is available over night or for one hour maximum during the day between 9am and 5pm-there is also free 24 hour road side parking available behind the victoria pub (not in the car park), just a 2 minute walk away
✓Within approx 15 miles burton constable hall is a nearby manor house with gardens and cafe
✓Hornsea mere is within walking distance and has boat hire and birdwatching
✓Sorry, no smoking and no vaping
✓Shop and pub 0.1 mile, beach 0.7 miles
