✓Rear west-facing patio with furniture (afternoon sun)
✓Two well-behaved pets welcome, no smoking, no bbqs

✓The staircase is steep and there is a step to enter, making the cottage unsuitable for those with limited mobility or young children
✓Television and wi-fi are available; the tv uses an internet-based service (there is no aerial or live broadcast tv)
✓Wi-fi is generally reliable, but as the cottage is in a rural village, occasional interruptions can occur and it should not be relied upon for critical work
✓Please note: that as of april 2026 the lounge has hard flooring with a rug rather than a carpet and the patio area has been extended, pictures to follow in due course
