Ty'n Pwll Farm, Nefyn

Mixed feelings the pictures on the website did not give the true pictures on arrival. Was like driving into. A scrap yard on arrival the garden was not maintained or fenced off for the dog and more importantly not suitable for young children there was a drop.over the edge which if any of our grandchildren age 3 year old boys and 5 year old girl ran out to in the garden they could of been seriously hurt this was not explained in the listing. The airfryer was dirty a bowl had dried in food on left in the cupboard . Lots of cobwebs everywhere showers did not work 1 from the upstairs leaked through the ceiling into..the living room which we had to mop up 1 downstairs shower leaked into the conservatory area again we had to mop..up no proper rubbish collection. But was warm clean comfortable beds and the beach was just breathtaking just needs tender loving care and updating and true facts when advertising but we did have a OK holiday

It could be such a lovely holiday home. HOWEVER, crockery chipped, kitchen sink near the taps were broken and black from what looked like years of water leaks and only half the oven worked. One of the showers leaked so we could only use one. We were a family party of nine and we didnt have enough chairs for sitting at the table. The outside was awful, looked like a builders yard or a scrap yard. The grass was overgrown. Good points nice quirky furniture some I would say is high quality. The owner was on hand to assist with the shower leak but with us only being there for a weekend dont know if it was sorted.

The house was lovely and full of character spoiled by the enormous TV on the living room wall in our opinion. The beds were very comfortable and all the bedrooms were big enough for everyone's needs. Showers were good if you use the big fixed head they seemed to leak when we used the flexible hand held head. The outdoor space was excellent, especially in the great weather we had. All in all, a great holiday house.

Brilliant accommodation for large groups. Additional kitchen equipment, outside barbecue and laundry facilities were added bonus. The hot tub was a luxury enjoyed by kids teenagers and adults throughout the week.

Great host, fabulous property in a great location. All thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will definitly book again

The property was lovely and perfect for staying in during the Christmas period. The owner made everyone feel welcome and went above and beyond to making sure the property was special, especially for the children. We will definitely return again

Great very helpful

Overall had a lovely break at Ty'n Pwll Farm. The What3Words location was not very accurate on arrival, so we did enter grounds for another property. The TV was impressive! Kitchen was well stocked with crockeryutensilsglasses. Log burner was a nice indulgence after a long walk on the nearby beachcoastal path. Overall, had a great time and would book again in the future.

Great weekend in this comfortable house. The owner was helpful and informative and I would stay here again. Just what we needed for our group of 9 and a dog. Surrounding area was beautiful and locals very friendly.

We had a lovely stay at this house, it was exactly as described and suited us perfectly! The host was able to provide some excellent recommendations for the local area and was easily contactable throughout the duration of our stay. The location is gorgeous, literally 5 minutes from the beach, wed happily stay again!!

The cottage is beautiful, well equipped and spacious enough for a large group. Hot tub under the stars was an excellent touch after a day of walking in the surrounding area. Cooking facilities were well equipped and ensured we could cook each night for our party. The Log fire was a great touch for the main living area creating a cozy atmosphere for playing boards game and quizzes on the smart tv. I would definitely return and would highly recommend this to others.

WE HAD A GREAT HOLIDAY. MY GRANDCHILDREN WERE OVER THE MOON WITH THE HOT TUB.THE PROPERTY HAD ALL WE NEEDED LOTS OF SPACE TWO SHOWERS AND 2 TOILETS.GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM WICH KEPT US COOL AT NIGHT. THE HOST COULD NOT DO ENOUGH FOR US.WE FOUND LOTS TO DO LOTS OF GREAT WALKS.NEFYN HAS ITS OWN MICRO BREWERY JUST A SHORT WALK AWAY.THE BEACHES WERE NICE EASY AND CLOSE TO GET TO .WOULD DEFANATLY STAY AGAIN.
