The cottage is very well equipped with good quality furnishings. The friendly owners live in a nearby property and were available if required. We really appreciated the provision of bread, butter, milk and eggs. The information we received by email about the cottage and local facilities was really useful, something you don't always get until you arrive. My wife and our dog found the location peaceful, and a good location for walks to the local beaches, and local train stations taking you up and down the coast. The local village is a easy walking distance but has limited shops. Barmouth is easily reached and the Dylans restaurant on the main route to Barmouth was very good and dog friendly with seating indoors. We found Barmouth had a good selection of unique shops and places to eat with many being dog friendly.

The cottage was clean and well equipped ideal for 2 people and well positioned for Barmouth and Harlech.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Very cosy, comfy and peaceful. Done out to a really high standard. Perfect location the most stunning beach with fabulous sand dunes five minutes walk away. Really well placed to get to Barmouth and Harlech which we visited on the two wetter days we had and wonderful varied walks on the two sunny days. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Was a very clean and cosy cottage . The facilities were excellent. Would highly recommend and intend to go back next year for a longer stay.

Y Stabl is a great cottage for a couple looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We felt so relaxed, enjoying the quietness and the location. Comfy bed and furniture, modern facilities but still with lots of character. The owner was welcoming, helpful and close at hand if needed. Lovely beach close by and not far from Barmouth, Harlech and Porthmadog. We highly recommend Y Stabl.

Very well positioned, fantastic views, We were greeted by by the very friendly hosts, the property was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend for short or long stay, and wouldnt hesitate to book again in the future.

Beautiful property in tranquil surroundings. Lovely owners that met us on arrival. The detail of the property and the length they have gone to with furnishings to make your stay as comfortable as possible is amazing. Also fresh bread, eggs and cheese left for you to enjoy. Would defiantly recommended for a relaxing break.

Fantastic holiday cottage set in a beautiful location near to gorgeous beaches. .. The cottage was beautifully presented with old beams mixed with modern facilities. Ystabl was full of charm, warm and cosy and provided us with the perfect location to visit many places in Wales.. A credit to Tony and Sarah for a stunning restoration project!..

A very warm welcome on arrival and the cottage did not disappoint either a real gem! The cottage was immaculate and cosy with everything you need set in beautiful countryside ideally situated to explore the surrounding areas or just totally relax in its peaceful surroundings.We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will be returning again

Warmly greeted by the owner on arrival. Lovely welcome pack. It was clean, uncluttered and had everything we needed. Really felt at home. Off the beaten track but not far away from shops or the beach. A great place to chill out but also lots to discover not far away.

What can i say Home from Home ! ! The cottage was warm ,cosy and clean and very well equipped. Tony and Sarah made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a lovely welcome pack which included some delicious local produce , logs ,kindle and firelighters to get us started. The location was fab with beautiful views of the sea and breath taking sun sets. It is the perfect place to explore the stunning coast line and Snowdonia. If you are looking for a cosy ,romantic stay with everything you need then this is the place for you !! Thank Tony and Sarah

The cottage is a little gem. So cozy with everything you need. The whole cottage is done beautifully the layout is perfect. I would definitely stay there again
