Atlantic Reach, Marazion

Wow!! Absolutely amazing ! Everything you need and more ! Sharon is a wonderful friendly host, nothing too much trouble, super clean and comfortable accommodation. The little touches were much appreciated. Super clean throughout and close to shops, restaurants and a couple of pubs. We loved it that much, we booked again for next year before we finished our holiday!

Well first and foremost Sharon I must mention first as a most delightful lady and has everything thoroughly on point with this splendid property that overlooks St Michaels Mount from the top front of the property. On hand if needed and contacted us before our stay to help with smooth directions or any questions we may have had. We needed nothing more than this delightful, comfortable and all amenities property to absolutely feel rested and relaxed, which was due to an unexpected health issue the order of our holiday retreat but so close to beautiful coastal spots. From a very secure garden to crockery ovenware and glassware galore with all the utensils you need. The hot tub was the best weve been in and again thought through with the overhead cover and bush shelters. The robes were a beautiful touch. The weather was hit and miss the time of year with the wicked witch of the west and her flying monkeys on our last day but when you have this property to nestle down in it makes it a warm, cosy and a very worth your while kind of day. A lovely house which is in a glorious area. Everything you needed was provided in this house. Although you have Marazion on your doorstep you had the tranquillity of being in a small road. As a special treat we had the hot tub which was maintained by our host, thankyou .

A perfect getaway in a beautiful and tranquil setting. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great way to relax in the evening.The lovely welcome pack was a great touch. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would highly recommend this property.

A fantastic property located just 15 minute walk away from the centre of Marazion. We would definitely recommend this property, the owner goes out of her way to make your holiday feel special. Everything was spotless when we arrived, the grass had been cut, the hot tub was checked every couple of days and the owner even left some treats for the dog.

We had a fab time at Atlantic Reach. Sharon and Stuart are amazing, came to check in on our arrival date to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is perfect for us and hot tub was an added bonus. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Wonderful stay at this fabulous property. Sharon was a great host and was there if needed, but not intrusive. Weve never been to such a well equipped property before the kitchen was like a home from home and the bathrooms were immaculate. We felt secure and it was lovely and quiet. Parking was easy and the location great. The hot tub was a lovely additional treat after some long coast path walks. Weve already booked to go back, and cant wait.

Liked the personal touch from Sharon who checked on us before we left then met us in person on arrival, never had this before. Knew she was available if needed but we had no issues. The property has more than ample space for three cars, the house itself is immaculate, the kitchen has everything, more than enough comfortable seating in the open plan lounge for 6 of us a baby and a dog. Upstairs equally immaculate. Hot tub used several times, large garden well maintained and dog safe. Found the info book useful, used the curry sark and Chinese takeaway as recommended. 10min walk to Marazion centre and sea front, You can get anywhere by car in 30 mins, we visited Lands end , The Lizard , Minack theatre to see a show and St Ives by train from Penzance. The girls used Ocean High paddle boarding and had a great time. Thanks Sharon couldnt speak more highly.

Thank you to the owners, our stay at Atlantic Reach was fabulous, a beautiful house in a great location, equipped with everything one could need. On arrival my daughter exclaimed before going in Im not leaving!! A beautiful secure garden for the dogs and the wow factor of the hot tub. We had a wonderful week exploring this part of Cornwall and would highly recommend Atlantic Reach to anyone searching for a dog friendly holiday home, we had a 5 experience and hope to visit again in the future.

Beautiful holiday home, really warm welcome from Sharon. Very comfortable, cosy and clean, the views are delightful and the dark skys amazing. Great location for exploring the South West of Cornwall. Absolutely spot on. Thank you.

We all had a great stay at Atlantic Reach. The house was lovely with everything you would need for a perfect holiday! The location is great and everything on the listing is spot on. The only thing we didn't see was if the property had stair gates for our toddler which it does so saved us taking our own. The house is only a five minute walk to the nearest pub which serves food specializing in pizzas and burgers only but has a great view out to sea! The other 3 pubsrestaurants which are only a 12 15 minute walk from the property all serve a range of good food and offer a warm welcome. Although the walk into the village is down hill going back up is also an easy walk and well lit with mostly foot paths so we found it very safe!! There is loads of parking down by the sea front if the 1520 minute walk is too much for some. There is a playing field opposite the property which the local school uses hence sadly no dogs are allowed which is understandable but there is a little play park which all kids can use. Overall this is a great house and great location and Sharon the owner was lovely and couldn't be more helpful!! We all had a great time exploring the whole West of Cornwall!! We would book this again! Many thanks

Fabulous cottage! Open plan and spacious. Sharon, our host was fantastically friendly but not intrusive. The situation of the cottage meant that at least two pubs serving lovely food were within easy walking distance. The cottage had all the comforts one would expect and the hot tub was a great size for our group. It was far enough out to feel out of the way but ten minute walk and you were in the town. All in all perfect for us.

A fabulous property, Sharon was a great host and happy to assist with any requests. The welcome cream tea and fizz was greatly appreciated and the hot tub was very clean and worked well. Very well stocked with all the tools and crockery you would need and well positioned for exploring the top of cornwall

Had a wonderful week at Atlantic reach. Property was very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen very well equipped and lots of space for meal preparation. Nice big sink lots of hot water. Big American fridge. Lovely comfy sofa with soft blankets for dogs to sit on. Nice peaceful garden lovely and quiet with ample seating. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious could do with a few more hangers though ! Showers nice and powerful. Cloakroom when you enter property really good size for a party of 7 plus 2 doggies.... And finally Sharon the owner is lovely and friendly and leaves you a bottle of prosecco and some scones with cream and jam. Overall 1010.

We had an amazing stay at Atlantic Reach. The house has everything you need, was spotlessly clean and in a great location for exploring Cornwall. The garden was perfect if you have small children or a dog. The hot tub was a big hit with us as well ! A welcome surprise was the Prosecco and cream tea on arrival, very thoughtful. Beds were very comfortable and showers had plenty of hot water with gorgeous fluffy towels. The bath robes provided were great when getting in and out of the hot tub too. The kitchen was well equipped and there is lots of room in the porch area for shoes and coats. I really cant think of anything that could be improved so well done to the owners and thankyou for a lovely stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

This property was more than expected. It was a perfect base for 3 generations to start and finish their day after lots of fun . Sharon our host was so welcoming and available if needed.The house is so well equipped, a home from home . The large back garden is completely enclosed for little ones to run around to burn off some energy and the hot tub was amazing for the adults . Can't recommend enough ,you won't be disappointed

Beautiful house, great location loads of places to visit within 3040 mins Highlights where kynance cove, minack theatre tour, porthcurno beach and train ride to St ives. The house has everything you need ,fully equipped kitchen Really enjoyed our stay

Overall property was great just a couple of things would have made the house a little more comfortable. The outdoor space would benefit from some more comfortable outdoor furniture the wooden benches meant we couldn't relax outside. Also the fire doors on every room felt excessive they could be dangerous for small children too as they shut quite fast. The rooms had no dressing table or place to get ready hair make up? Would be nice to have a place to put all my bits! These are not complaints as the house is gorgeous and location fab!

This was a wonderful property. Ideal for a family plus dog with a great secure garden. Sharon is a lovely welcoming person and any problems were dealt with immediately. The hot tub is a great bonus and the family all enjoyed relaxing in it. Well worth the long journey from Scotland! Would recommend and will return if ever possible.

Loved our week at Atlantic reach. Situated on the outskirts of the Marazion village. Accommodation is bright, modern, spacious and spotless. Sharon is available for any issues and is a most agreeable host. Recommended.

An incredible property in a stunning location! ! We have had the best week, Sharon and Stuart were so welcoming and popped in to great us, the house was so well equipped and beautifully presented. We arrived to a lovely treat of afternoon tea and Prosecco! I can honestly say we felt sad leaving Atlantic reach after such a great stay. The house is in a lovely village with stunning views. Private parking so no problems in busy periods. 8 mins from all the supermarkets and in a great location to visit not only st Michaels mount but all of Cornwall! The hot tub was wonderful even in the cold weather watching the stars and relaxing. We couldnt fault a single thing. THANKS AGAIN x

Amazing view from the top bedroom overlooking St Michael's Mount has been mentioned on here before but it has to be seen to be believed. What a view from early morning to evening. Everything was above my expectations and the house itself made my stay thoroughly enjoyable and stress free. The hot tub was a lovely touch and needed after a long day out and about walking around Marazion. Thanks to Sharon for everything and ensuring my stay was problem free.

The property was immaculate, so clean, beautifully presented, comfortable and really made to feel like a home from home. Sharon was a wonderful host who made us feel welcome and like nothing was too much trouble. The only negative isn't really a negative and that it in the listing it states partial sea views we wholeheartedly disagree! The sea was clearly visible from the kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom on first floor and the master bedroom on the second floor including spectacular views across to St Michaels Mount! The only accomodation where we were able to look out to sea whilst in the shower!!! Fabulous!!!! Would highly recommend and great value for money!!!

Well, what can we say other than wow! The house is absolutely beautiful and the hot tub was fantastic to relax in of an evening. It was a home away from home in a great location. Nice and peaceful, great views, but very accessible to the local shops and beaches. The advice to do the park and ride for St Ives was great, we went 3 times and spent the days on the beaches in st Ives and explored the wonderful shops and also the seal island boat trip which was great! We are already looking at dates to come back. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our week in Atlantic Reach. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Sharon is a lovely and friendly host and has thought of everything to make your holiday stress free. We loved the quiet location and the easy access to the villages and beaches in the area. The hot tub was a bonus! We would love to return next year.

We have such a lovely holiday the house is stunning probably the best weve ever stayed in in all the years we have been visiting Cornwall . What a fantastic property and the most perfect location. Superb and attentive host. Having travelled extensively and stayed in a variety of properties, Atlantic Reach has taken Holiday rentals to a whole new level. The decor, facilities and the layout were outstanding. The property was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It felt like home from home. The bed was the most comfortable bed and the views of the Mount and the Sea are truly amazing. The Dogs loved it and along with our welcome gift, they had some Doggie treats too! The host, Sharon, was most welcoming and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend this property without hesitation. 5 Stars!
