Upstairs from the dining room on the first floor, the spacious lounge features a multi-fuel stove, two large sofas, a Smart TV and other occasional items of furniture
This room has lovely sea views

Kitchen
Situated on the ground floor the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine

Dining Room
Also on the ground floor, the dining room features a stone inglenook fireplace with woodburner, extendable dining table and chairs
If you fancy a place to relax after dinner, there’s additional seating on a bench alongside with cushions
*The tumble dryer is housed in this room

All three bedrooms are positioned on the second floor

Bedroom One
This room is furnished with a King size bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe with sea views

Bedroom Two
This room is furnished with twin beds (can be zipped and linked to form a king size bed upon request), bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe

Bedroom Three
This room is furnished with a single bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and hanging space.

Family Bathroom
Located on the second floor with bath and shower over, hand basin, cabinet, mirror and WC
A hairdryer is provided

Bathroom Two
Situated on the ground floor this shower room has a walk-in cubicle, hand basin, cabinet, mirror and WC

Outside
The paved courtyard garden is accessed from the ground floor kitchen and features mature shrubs and a charcoal built-in BBQ. A table and chairs along with a picnic bench provide seating for al fresco entertaining. This area is gated and secure for children or pets.

Parking
Parking for one car is through the gates within the gated courtyard area. Additional car parking is available at Follyfields Car Park (half a mile away or about 10 minutes walk)
