Open plan with the dining / lounge area, this room has a sofa.

Located on the ground floor, the contemporary kitchen has a range of large and small appliances including a gas, fan assisted double oven, gas hob and grill, fridge, freezer and dishwasher as well as a coffee machine, cafetiere, iron and ironing board, toaster, vacuum cleaner, kettle and microwave.

Contains a washing machine and tumble dryer

Access to the private roof terrace
Located on the first floor this room is furnished with a king size bed, Smart TV, bedside lamps, bedside tables, a mirror, integrated wardrobe, chest of drawers and walk-through dressing room
This room has a large and spacious en suite

Bedroom Two
Also located on the first floor, this room features a double bed with side tables and lamps as well as a chest of drawers, wardrobe and Smart TV

Bedroom Three
Located on the second floor this room is furnished with a double bed, bedside lamps, bedside tables, a mirror and integrated wardrobe

Bedroom Four
Located on the landing at the top of the stairs on the second floor (no entrance / door). This room has an adjoining door to Bedroom Three and is furnished with two single beds, bedside lamps, dressing table and a Smart TV

Family Bathroom
Located on the first floor the family bathroom features a bath with overhead shower, a wash hand basin, cabinet and heated towel rail (please note that this bathroom does not have a toilet)
There is a toilet and sink located across the hall though

Bathroom Three
Located on the ground floor with separate shower and toilet. This shower is ideal for washing off boards and wet suits after a day out at the beach

The house has three outdoor areas
There are two small enclosed gravel courtyards located on the ground floor. One is accessed via the kitchen and one just past the surf shower room. Ideal for letting the dog out or for hanging wet suits to dry after the beach
A secluded suntrap private terrace accessed via the master bedroom. It has a raised deck with an electric hot tub, and a lower area which is furnished with a rattan table and chairs

Parking
Guests have use of a private parking space at St Ives Rugby Club, a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the property. For additional cars, parking is available in several local car parks.
Station Car Park which is a 3 minute walk from the property is the closest (local charges apply). Weekly permits can be bought (for cars only) through Pay By Mobile app, which permit parking in Station, Barnoon Long Stay, Island, Park Avenue and Penwith. Permit details and up to date costs can be found through the local council website
