Nice quiet area. Close to shops, beach and pub. Really spacious which was ideal for stepdad who uses a frame and wheelchair. The hot tub was lovely. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend
Love the location of this bungalow, the space inside, 3 double bedrooms & open plan living. Hot tub is fabulous. Enclosed garden for my two small dogs. Does have space for another sofa in the lounge, allowing for more seating & comfort. I have been before & have booked to come back in August!
Brimrod was lovely, the beds were very comfortable as was the seating in the lounge. It was clean, fresh smelling and overall very reasonable price. There were plenty of pans in the cupboard so no idea why previous poster had to buy any. I always take disposable silver foil baking trays when self catering to save on washing up, you're on holiday. My only gripes would be the outside seating sofas are broken and the board left there to cover it cushions were stored near the jacuzzi was damaged and full of splinters, bits flew off during the storm and a missing blind in one front bedroom meant had to close the curtains for privacy. There is no freezer compartment in the fridge, there was however a freezer in the shed which had some stuff in it, but was able to move that to 2 drawers leaving room for our frozen food we had brought in a freezer bag. Could do with more information in the folder covering instructions for the cooker, how to work the heating we worked it out eventually, local pubs etc, which day which bins go out it just said put the bins out so I put them all out then found one was not emptied, quick look on council website told me that would be the following week. The patio doors did stick sometimes, maybe some WD40 would help. A small bin round the back for collecting dog poo bagged would help, had to keep going through the front door to access bins. We would like to return though, hopefully just a few fixes & tweaks will be all sorted. The Point & Lighthouse pubs were a short walk away, the cafe next to it, the bakery all good, unfortunately the chip shop closed earlier than planned so did not get to try that. We hope to book again but slightly earlier than October.
Lovely spacious bungalow with one of the best equipped kitchens Ive encountered. Great enclosed garden for the dogs and close to amenities.

Beautiful property. Felt really homey. Great location. Our pooches absolutely adored it. Had a few queries before arriving and whilst there which were handled promptly by the owner who was super friendly. Would 100 percent come again.

We had a lovely stay at Brimrod last week and Kevin and Bridgette were really friendly and helpful. The property had everything we were looking for with the garden being private and enclosed for our 2 dogs. We love this area as its close to the beach. There is a bakery just around the corner and the food is delicious. We have booked our stay for next year and really looking forward to staying at Brimrod again
