Open plan with the kitchen and living room, this gorgeous space has a sash window with sea views and features a large extending oval table with dining chairs and an ornate, Provencal-style painted bench and sideboard

Open plan with the living room and dining rooms, the beautiful kitchen features plenty of work top space and a Belfast sink with shelves that are stocked with glassware, crockery and utensils. A range of pots, pans, and cutlery are provided as well as a music system and DAB radio
Appliances include a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, fan-assisted oven and grill as well as a kettle, toaster, cafetiere, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner

*The cottage's washing machine is located in the washroom off the outside courtyard

Master Bedroom
Located on the ground floor this charming room is furnished with a king size bed, side tables with reading lamps and a stand-alone wardrobe, tall chest of drawers, dressing table with matching chair and mirror. A fireplace with electric fire and ornamental pelmet add a touch of French flamboyance, with double doors leading to the outside courtyard

Situated on the ground floor this lovely room is furnished with twin beds, a bedside table with lamp, a dresser with mirror and chair, and a freestanding wardrobe

Bedroom Three
Located on the first floor this delightful room with whitewashed floorboards and eclectic collection of vintage mirrors features a single bed, bedside table, stand-alone wardrobe, hooks for hanging space and a chest of drawers.

Bathroom One
Located on the ground floor the family bathroom has a wonderful enamel roll top bath, large walk-in shower, with rainfall shower head and handheld shower attachment, a hand basin, WC, heated towel rail, shaver point, cabinet and mirror

Outside
A beautiful, private two-level courtyard garden lies to the back of the cottage. The upper level is furnished with an outdoor dining table, chairs and BBQ, while the lower level which is accessed from the Master bedroom and hallway, has a fantastic fully tiled, outdoor shower area with hot water.
Off the courtyard is a washroom with a washing machine and space for beach kit, buckets and spades.

This property has an allocated parking space just 5 minutes’ walk down the road at Chy Morvah Hotel.
