This is an incredible property. Weve never stayed anywhere with such an amazingly stocked kitchen. All the bedrooms are beautiful and most are ensuite which was a real positive for us. Overall, if youre planning a family or friends get together you cant go wrong with this property. We loved our stay.

A very impressive family friend group accommodation. Very well appointed with a large and generous kitchen so that lots can be in to use it and feel comfortable with prep and chatter. With the dining room just over the landing it has been placed in the ideal location for the house. We loved the basement games and entertainmentcinema with well equipped utitility room and great to have a wet room there too. All out of earshot if little ones were asleep. The lounge and sea view is very relaxing great it also has a kettle and tea coffee area, so well thought out. Decor is lovely and well thought through. Lovely tones in livings areas and nice and light and fresh in the bedrooms. All the bedrooms are well appointed and looked after. We had full house and it did not feel crowded. It worked well for us all and for all ages from 9 months to grandparents. Fantastic location and views. the caretaker was on call if we needed and the owner really good, providing amazing information before you go.

Fantastic property for large family gatherings, right on the seafront. We'll equipped with all the pots, pans, crockery, glassware that you could need. Great games room & cinema room in the basement, as well as comfy lounge, and big dining room. Parking for 4 cars at the back of the property. Hosts were helpful, good communications.. They even have a fab app which they send to you prior to arrival with all the property info you might need... Especially useful we're the floor plans. Would definitely recommend Eden Bay retreat to anyone looking for a large place to stay... Just be warned, you need to be OK with climbing stairs, as there are 5 floors!

Great home for a family get together. Clean, spacious, very comfortable and equipped with all that we needed. We were blessed with good weather so had a beautiful sunset and great views from the front of the property. Communication from the property owner was terrific.

We booked Eden Bay Retreat for my 50th birthday celebrations with my family. Eden Bay Retreat did not disappoint! The house was amazing, so big you get lost. Loads to keep everyone of all ages entertained. Could sit all day looking at the views and the sunsets were amazing. Lots to do in the area also. Thank you so much for making my celebration so memorable

This accommodation cannot be faulted. The cleanliness and quality of the amenities is outstanding. We were a party of all ages from 11 76 years old and the facilities were more than adequate for everyone. The views are amazing and the communication first class. We will definitely return when the next celebration happens. Thank you for an incredible weekend.

An amazing property. I went with all my family children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and we found it perfect for our needs. Even with so many of us, it never felt crowded. A lot of thought has obviously been put in to make the property homely and the information provided by the owners was very welcome. An amazing time was had by all.

Incredible views and plenty of space. You need to be fit as there are 5 floors but this is clear in the description. Owner was helpful jn allowing us an early check in and late check out. Very convenient and plenty of parking.

Eden Bay fitted our large family well. It was well equipped and clean. The owner recommended a Chinese Takeaway and we had a very tasty meal from there. Our Grandson has already asked if we can go back.

We had a fantastic holiday at Eden Bay Retreat. Four generations of our family stayed to celebrate mums 80th Birthday & all ages enjoyed everything the house had to offer. The games room & cinema room was enjoyed by the younger members of the family. The house has everything you could possibly need for your stay Elliot & Ruth have thought of everything.This house is one of the best equipped we have ever stayed in. The views from the front rooms in the house are amazing and the promenade right outside your front door is just great. The kitchenette in the ground floor lounge is a great idea Mum & Dad loved it! Thank you Elliot & Ruth for making our stay so enjoyable the Morecambe weather was kind to us too!

I stayed here with my family 18 of us and I can honestly say we were sio impressed. Large property with ample room for 22, comfortable beds, extremely clean, excellent kitchen and cooking facilities, perfect seafront location, ample parking, we took additional kitchen bits due to other properties we've stayed in lacking some of the essentials but didn't use any of them apart from t.towels and a silicone spatula

This is the 2nd time my family have gathered at Eden Bay Retreat and the experience was just as excellent as the first time. Great and friendly communication leading up to our stay at the excellently equipped and comfortable home. 4 generations of extended family and everyone was catered for with the facilities and fabulous rooms. The views from the front of the property are stunning, and immediate access to the prom for a morning walk was a great way to start a morning. We are planning on booking again as everyone was delighted with our stay.

We stayed at Eden Bay Retreat in Morcambe for a friends Christmas and it was absolutely perfect. There were 12 adults, 6 children and 2 dogs, and the house handled us all with ease. It was incredibly well equipped for cooking Christmas dinner for 18 people more than enough pots, pans, utensils, crockery, glasses and mugs. Honestly, theyd thought of everything. The guidebook was so helpful, and the amenities throughout the house were spot on. We genuinely couldnt have wanted for anything. After staying somewhere that was a bit of a disaster last year, this place was everything we hoped for and more. Elliot was extremely helpful from start to finish and kept in touch to make sure everything was going well, which made the whole stay feel relaxed and well cared for. We will be booking this every year if theyll have us! I would recommend Eden Bay Retreat to anyone looking for a large, cosy place for a family or friends getaway. Simply perfect.

Wow, what can I say, what a fantastic place to stay! We were just 7 and meet up once a year for a few days. We have stayed in some great places but without doubt Eden Bay Retreat was the best. Well appointed, spotlessly clean, warm and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The views from the front of the property were great as we looked out onto the bay. Very highly recommended to anyone who values quality accommodation.

This accommodation is absolutely amazing, the house its self is everything you could ask for to enjoy a holiday with a large family & friends, weve just had the most amazing time 14 Adults & 5 children plus 2 dogs. The space is fantastic, all the bedrooms are well proportioned most with ensuites, theres a games for room large lounge great kitchen & large dining room all so clean & fresh . We all managed to eat together which is so brilliant. We can recommend this house for any occasions for your parties or just to relax, the view from all the rooms at the front are spectacular . We would Definitely come back, thank you to Elliot & Ruth theyre definitely the best hosts they think of everything you need for a great time.

WOW!!! What a stunning home and that was what it felt like, homely, cozy, comfortable throughout. Yet this property was so spacious that we left feeling we never had long enough there to experience every inch even though we were there for 3 days. Elliot & Ruth gave us 5 star hospitality, alongside such a warm and inviting vibe from our first initial call right through to the end of our stay. They sent us a digital info pack that was so useful to read before we got there, which meant we had more time just enjoying our family time. I have got to say, that Elliot & Ruth have thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay perfect! The main kitchen is well equipped with absolutely everything you may be planning , from simple snack prep to a full evening meal and breakfast for 20 people. And to complete this the dining area is spacious with stunning views over the bay and beyond! And thats not all.. the basement cinema room and games room where used by the children ages 716 and never complained once that they were bored due to the amount of facilities they had to keep them exploring , playing games together and just chilling together. My little nephew 7 said every single second was the best time he had had with his cousins. I LOVED it!

We had a lovely stay at the Eden Bay Retreat. From the start the communication was great, having the online guide which could be shared with the group was brilliant and meant that, as the booker, I could share the information and wasn't being asked questions every 2 minutes. We had a group of 19 which were easily accommodated, and there was plenty of space for our family to socialise within the many communal areas, including the kitchen, living rooms, cinema rooms and games room. The property is tastefully decorated with plenty of amenities to ensure that you have a great stay. The views from the sea front rooms are fantastic. Our family had a brilliant time and everyone mentioned how nice the property is. Thanks.

Great property with lots of space for a large group. Lovely public areas and comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and when we arrived the property was clean and smelled great. The advance information was very helpful, clear and detailed. All in all an excellent property!

Very well equipped house. Suitable for all ages except that toddlers need shepherding on the stairs. Nice rooms. Lots of bathrooms. Parking is easy on street. Very comfortable. Our party of 20 had a great time. Lovely views at the front. Morecambe facilities a short walk away, including a sea front playground.

Had a belting time at Eden Bay retreat. Went for my sons 30th celebrations either friends & family, great facilities, short of nothing in the kitchen etc. Not a bad word from anybody about the property, only minor gripe was how many steps! But you certainly get your steps in. Would highly recommend.

Came to stay with family to get together and celebrate a few big birthdays. It was lovely, clean and incredibly well stocked. We were able to arrive early and leave late. The instructions and guide were really informative and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and shared spaces, open inviting and have beautiful views.

We stayed at Eden view in the last week of the school holidays, for my mums birthday. We were 8 adults and 9 children, our party ranged from age 266! The house was amazing and had everything we needed and more! There was plenty of space for group, family and quiet time. My mum who is very particular was thrilled with the level of cleanliness and my dad fell in love with the kitchen space! The sea and sunset views from the front rooms were especially lovely. The teens managed to lock their devices in a bedroom over the bank holiday weekend, this was sorted quickly and efficiently with no fuss by handy man Dave their new hero! The local area surpassed our expectations with plenty to do for all ages, we had great weather for four days and ok weather with a bit of rain for the last three. This really is a great property for a big gathering.

My family have had the most amazing stay at Eden Bay. The property was so lovely and spacious and the views were beautiful. We have never been to such a clean, tidy and well stocked accommodation. The room layouts were perfect for us as there was 5 separate families staying. Elliot the owner was very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Eden bay retreat was a great staycation accommodation, Elliot did a great job communicating before the stay and providing all the information we needed for the weekend. The house was very clean and provided all the amenities we needed. The location was great, right on the beachfront with an amazing view of the sunset. Eden bay is a well stocked house to an exceptional standard . The needs of our family of four generations were catered for from a quiet lounge over looking the bay to game and cinema rooms . Our family had a wonderful fun time exploring the area and spending quality time together .

The Eden Bay Retreat is a first class, well presented property, you will find you are well catered for from kitchenwares to cocktail kits etc, be mindful thou it is town house there are few stairs to climb! ! Elliot the host was a pleasure to deal with, on the whole I could not fault the booking process with Sykes, the property The hosts or infact Morecambe, as a family for mums 75th Birthday we had a blast

We had a great family long weekend at Eden Bay Retreat. Perfect location right by the sea, lovely accommodation and only a short walk to all amenities of Morecambe. We used it as a base for Cartmel races 45 minute drive, so perfect for visiting the lakes. My only request would be clearer information on recycling every council has different system of what has to be separated and what they will recycle, dodont bag it and you have a house full of 20 people doing 5 different things.

We chose this property for our Daughters 40th birthday 15 adults 4 children and 2 dogs . There was ample space for everyone the place felt like you had your own hotel with the 11 bedrooms . Our Daughter stayed in room 6 the view was amazing. All of the bedrooms were clean tidy and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious enough to cook for everyone. The weather was amazing so we were able to go along the seafront which was lovely and visit the little fair with the kids they loved it ! The house and the area catered for the whole of our group and everyone enjoyed their stay .

A brilliant property for a large family gathering. Well situated within walking distance of parks, pubs and restaurants. The view from the front windows is wonderful. The house itself is very well equipped and is beautifully presented. Our youngsters loved the games and cinema rooms which meant that the adults were happy too! Highly recommended if you are fit enough for the 5 floors!

I have just come back from Eden Bay Retreat, staying with 13 friends and what a brilliant house. It is big, with two wonderful lounges to relax in and a fantastic, modern kitchen will all appliances accessories you would have in your own house, which meant cooking was a breeze. The house is tastefully decorated throughout and many of the rooms are ensuite they are all lovely with comfy beds. The dining area, where we spent a lot of time, has great views of Morecambe Bay, with the beach directly across the road as do a few of the bedrooms and one of the lounges. The hosts were also fantastic, giving me a courtesy call a week or so out to provide all key information and answer some questions I had. They were attentive and responsive on text at all times throughout my stay. If you're a big group, or even a company looking for a 'lesscorporate' away day setting for 1314 people, I would highly recommend this property.

There were 16 of us and we were very comfortable. The views from the house were beautiful across the sea, we could see the Cumbrian mountains. The place was well equipped for large groups and beautifully decorated. We had 4 children from age 6 to 14 and they all loved the games room and cinema room. It was the perfect property for us. We stayed for the long Easter weekend, 5 families with teenagers. Its a great house, room for everyone, clean and welcoming, easy to find and including everything in the kitchen we needed to cook a huge Easter lunch. The downstairs games room and cinema room kept the teenagers entertained in the evenings whilst the adults were able to find our own space in the lounge or dining room. A great fish and chip shop down the road for the first night, park in one direction, fairground rides in the other, shops nearby and even a welcoming church for Easter Sunday round the corner. Asda delivery for the stuff we couldnt fit into the car. Thanks to Elliot and Ruth for the welcome call, online information guide and welcome basket!

Great stay and really responsive hosts. Had one issue with loose carpet on stairs. Rectified within 2 hours of arrival. Wonderful property with everything we needed and more.

An ideal property for our annual family get together. Great location just outside the town but within easy walking distance along the promenade and also to Happy Mount Park which is ideal for the kids. The property is just how the photos show on the website. Lovely views from room 6 and also the dining room. All the bedrooms were clean and very comfy beds. There are lots of stairs but tbh as the kitchen and dining room are on the same floor and the living room on another there is only 1 flight of stairs to use mainly. Also there are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor so the elderly members of our family were happy to use them. The cinema room was amazing for our teenagers. Thank you to the owners for the contact before and after our visit. We would happily recommend and would definitely return.
