Second-floor bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC plus vanity mirror with Bluetooth and speakers. First-floor Shower room with walk-in shower and basin. First-floor cloakroom with WC. Kitchen. Living/dining room. Cellar Stairs to 1 x single, 1 x twin, 1 x double with free standing bath and washbasin. 1 x bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate wc. 1 x double. Stairs to Triple bunk adult sized. 1 x bathroom with bath, shower, wc and washbasin. 1 x double room on the top landing. 4 storeys, small front yard. Downstairs sitting room, dining room and kitchen. Cellar for storage only and rear door to restricted width private parking. There will be 2 doubles (one with free standing bath) two twins, 1 single and 1 bunk. Loo and bathroom on 1st floor and second floor.

A really well presented spacious holiday home with lots of room for everybody. It was clean on arrival and had some basics to start our stay off. We found parking spaces in the next road as there is limited parking in the street and we were unable to access the parking space behind it as scaffolding was blocking one entrance to the alleyway and a car was blocking the other entrance. It was only a 2 minute walk away. The one improvement I think it needs is locks on the bathroom doors.

This property has been beautifully refurbished with everything that we could possibly need. Cleanliness was faultless something that is really important to us! The only issue that we had is with the parking. There is only parking space for one car but we could not access that on more than one occasion as the entrance was blocked by inconsiderate parkers. The property street and those streets towards the promenade are all limited parking it took us a while to realise that the streets away from the prom are unlimited parking.

We would highly recommend this house for a large family or friends gathering. The house is decorated to a high standard with lots of nice touches and details in every room. It is very spacious and comfortable and close to local amenities and the beach. The only facility we missed was a washing machine.

A wonderful place to stay for a group of old friends. Masses of room, very well equipped spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Easy walking distance to the promenade and shops.

This property was almost perfect in every way. The house itself is amazing with a lot of thoughtful touches, plenty of room for a family of 12 too. Also the location is brilliant. 2 minute walk to a small supermarket and bakery, 5 minute walk to the beach, bus stop right outside. If we return to the area we will be booking here again without a doubt.

What a lovely house. It was beautifully decorated and finished. It was very well equipped and laid out. Parking was the only issue but thats not a critique at the house as its is a busy area. All of the instructions were clear and we had no problems with the house at all. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
