Ground floor shower room with walk/wheel-in shower, basin and raised WC with grab rails. Two first floor bathrooms with bath with shower over, basin and WC (one with whirlpool bath). Due to the new Government legislation regarding the Rule of 6 the prices for this property have been reduced in order to accommodate smaller groups of up to 6. Large, well equipped fitted kitchen with dining area. Large, comfortable sitting room with woodburning stove and large bed settee.
