The property was excellent, with our party of 3 couples an ensuite with every room was perfect. There was everything you could need in the kitchen should you want to cook and the views from the lounge and master bedroom were amazing. This was a good base to get to all local attractions. The welcome pack was a very appreciated bonus, we couldnt fault anything. We would all wholeheartedly recommend this property.
Absolutely fabulous place to stay we had a fantastic time everything that you could need was catered for and the hamper was amazing it had everything in it butter milk coffee biscuits etc and a bottle of Prosecco a lovely surprise thank you to the owners Dana and Ronnie would definitely return.
We had a fabulous holiday and thought that the accommodation, attention to detail and 'welcome pack' were great! ! The hot tub was fabulous but we felt that the garden lacked some comfy furnituresunbeds on the grass especially for sunbathing on hot, sunny days. We were also half way through the week when we worked out that the leather sofa could be sat on and not lay on, via hidden switches information would have been useful for this. On the whole though, superb accommodation, one of the best we have stayed in!!!
We loved the accommodation and would stay again . Welcome basket was a nice touch , Information folder was good kitchen appliances Improvements 1. Clothes pegs for washing line would be useful 2 TV with access to ITV and other channels 3 better instructions for heat pump the bedroom downstairs was very hot and we could not turn it down 4 the recycling is a bit confusing as mentioned in past review
The welcome hamper was a lovely touch, beautiful place and surroundings, I would highly recommend, spacious, clean and all mode cons, we loved the hot tub, only down side is the recycling is a bit confusing. Beautiful house i could live there all year round.

We really couldnt fault this property. The property itself was amazing. The owners gave thought of pretty much everything which makes your stay as comfortable as possible. The property has everything you need and is finished it a really good standard. The location is also great. You have an amazing view out from the balcony and you are a couple of minutes from the main carriageway to access to all the nearby towns. My wife was so impressed she was looking to book again whilst we were still there. We will definitely go back and definitely recommend staying here.
The house was fantastic and well equipped with outstanding views. There were a couple of minor issues that I reported to the local contact plumbing that Im sure will be resolved very soon. The recycling is extremely confusingnothing on the wheelie bins to suggest where cans or cardboard goperhaps this can be clarified in the green folder for future guests.
A fantastic property which has everything you could need and more. Situated in a perfect location for exploring the whole of North Wales. The Hot Tub is a really nice addition. Cannot recommend this property highly enough.
Fantastic property, great location and very modern. Lovely hamper left for us on arrival which was very much appreciated. Very comfortable beds which is really important to us as we have experienced some really bad ones in other properties. Good communication from the property owner. We visited a dog friendly pub for Sunday lunch which was recommended to us, Pen Y Bryn, which was lovely and very dog friendly. A lovely relaxing weekend! Would love to visit in the Summer next time.
What a beautiful property, immaculately maintained and incredibly well provisioned, would absolutely recommend to anyone! The property is a great size, furnished incredibly well and is situated in a great location for shops, the beach and even the zoo! The property owners were a delight to communicate with and couldnt have been more accommodating and helpful throughout! Thank you!

The house s heautifijkly designed and well furnished. It was only 15 degrees when we arrived and the hot rub had only been filled 30 mins before our arrival so was unusable for 24 hours of our weekend stay. They need to better plan the air source heat pump and underfloor hearing management as well as hot tub set up. 1000 for a weekend for a cold house and not being able to use all the facilities we paid for was disappointing.
An excellent property throughout. Everything was just perfect. The owners had even left a welcome hamper for us. The house was ve4y well equipped with all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The locations was great, with just a short car ride to Llandudno. We also used a taxi service 01745 777666 a few times to take us to a few places when we didnt want to drive.there were 8 of us and they had a minibus. We would highly recommend this property.
The property was outstanding with beautiful views. The owners were very quick to answer and questions or queries we had. There was also a beautiful hamper waiting for us on our arrival which was much appreciated

I booked this on appearance and the views and it did not disappoint, I was wowed by the property from the size, location , and that special luxury touch . My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and were sad to leave from the total comfort and all the amenities and the added thoughts to the bedrooms, bathrooms , living room, kitchen which was stocked with every gadget possible really made cooking a pleasure to sit and enjoy that view to then relaxing in the hot tub ! We will definitely be coming back. Thanks to the hamper on arrival and making our first visit to wales a lasting memory . Kind regards keitra gregson x

We absolutely loved our stay at Golygfa Gele! The house itself was beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made it feel like a home away from home. The views were just incredible, and the welcome basket was such a thoughtful and generous touch that really made us feel special from the moment we arrived. We also made the most of the hot tub, which was the perfect way to relax unwind. Couldnt recommend this place more were already looking forward to coming back!

What an amazing property this is. We have spent a week here and everything was just perfect. The property is immaculate. The views from the balcony and living room are lovely. We had everything we needed for a great holiday. The beds were comfortable and we loved the little extras like shampoos and conditioners etc. the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The property is ideally situated for exploring the area. There are ample shops eating places nearby too. We would highly recommend this property and we would love to come back in the future. An excellent property with all the home comforts you require. Lots of space, comfy beds, great cooking facilities and a great view. In addition, the location is only a few minutes away from lots of areas, such as, Llandudno, Conwy, Rhos on Sea, Colwyn Bay & Rhyl etc.

Absolutely fantastic modern property. Beautifully decorated and really well equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen very well equipped with quality kitchenware. Very comfy beds with luxury bedding. Great hot tub and bathrobes were really appreciated. Lovely living space with great views. Great location near sandy beaches and easy drive to Llandudno and Conwy. We loved this property and agreed it is one of the best we have stayed in. Family group of 6 adults 2 kids 6 and 4 and our dog. Thank you
