Lovely relaxed stay ,host very responsive. ,bonus was not having to stripbeds on last day ,they left a lovely welcome hamper ,few niggles ,but didn't affect our stay left feedback in guest book for owners , would return

Overall comfortable, showering arrangement not great as 5 bedrooms tended to use 1 bathroom as wet room was a long way to bring and take personal stuff for showering. Wetroom shower was very noisy but everything else was great.would definitely book again if available.

Lovely property, great facilities. We had a small issue whilst we were there and got in touch with the owner, and it was dealt with straight away. Would definitely stop here again. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Lovely warm comfortable house like home from home. Kitchen equipment plenty and more. Lovely comfy beds. Everything you need was provided. Games for the children and loads of books to suit everyone. Lovely back garden area will be great in the summer months and its own parking place which is a big yes !!! Fab location close to everything, just the job for a large family gathering

Holyrood Lodge was clean, spacious & comfortable and extremely well equipped. We were a mixed group of family & friends & the accommodation worked very well for us. The location on a quiet residential street was handy for everything & a garden area & onsite parking were added bonuses.

Fantastic property in a great location we will be booking for next year !
