Fantastic from the beginning of our stay to the end. Really nice touch leaving a cake, eggs and wine on our arrival. Excellent location to explore both Devon & Cornwall. The hot tub was amazing! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Wow! Absolutely amazing property where everything is catered for. Mark and Carol were fantastic hosts and on hand if needed. Extremely dog friendly with excellent facilities for pooches, paddock, shower, dryer and much more The only negative about our break was we had to come home! Would look to book again in the future

What an amazing property, by far the best we have stayed at in the UK. The property is as wonderful as the listing looks and is incredibly well equipped with everything you could ever need during your stay. Appliances and furnishings are all excellent quality and everything is new and clean. The dog facilities set the property aside with a fantastic enclosed paddock, warm hose for washing the dog and even a dog hairdryer. Mark and Carol have done a brilliant job with the properties and are great hosts. Highly recommended.
Met by Mark the owner, who showed us round the property & explained how everything worked etc. There were full instructions available from the microwave to the shower to the oven to the coffee maker etc. Extremely clean & so we'll presented. Reg

Fantastic stay with everything well thought out. Prefect for our dog and we will definitely be back again. Only one negative is it would be nice to be able to control the heating temperature ourself as the is controlled by the owner in a separate building. Love the location and quietness.

The cottage was well kept. It was comfortable, well spaced out and clean. It also had plenty of utensils, towels etc. We were greeted when we arrived and given a tour which was a nice touch. Definitely one of the best cottages that we have stayed in!
Beautiful home on beautiful grounds, lots of little mod cons that made it feel like home from home! Great dog facilities including a warm dog shower and clean dog towels daily the hot tub was a great addition and lovely to sit in at night. It was also great having over 40 acres to explore with the kids and dog. Would definitely return.

Fantastic property with everything you need in a lovely peaceful setting. Hot tub great and my 16yr old son enjoyed the gymsauna . The property is in a great location for exploring both Devon & Cornwall.
This has to be the best place we have ever stayed. We are very particular and always take cleaning materials with us just in case, this place was spotless. There is a great eye for detail and comfort. Everything has been thought about and we couldnt fault it at all.
We had a fantastic stay. The property is furnished and equipped to a high standard. The chocolate cake and bottle of prosecco on arrival was much appreciated. Would 100 recommend and stay there again.

We had a fantastic holiday , the property is done to an amazingly high standard. The photos do not do it justice the kitchen and bathrooms were stunning and every comfort is covered. It is very focused on dogs , with the warm dog shower and hairdryer , the fenced in patio area and fenced paddock , and as many clean dog towels as you want! Perfect for us! Lots of lovely woods walks and 8 miles from perfect beaches! Mark and Carroll are very welcoming and always available for any queriesso friendly and helpful! The property is spotless and the bedding is a very high quality,I have very sensitive skin and bring my own sheets on holiday but I didnt need to use them which was lovely! We will definitely be coming again next year and would highly recommend to anyone. We were over the moon with everythingand the hot tub is on from 1010 every day so you can nip in whenever you want to! We really loved that! The only problem was we didn't want to leave!

We found the hosts at Strawberry Bank to be outstanding and extremely accommodating, nothing was to much trouble to the point that we were there with our pet dog that was very ill, and they offered to look after him if we wanted to go out. The cottage was spotless and had everything that you would need, large patio and the dog paddock, will definitely be looking to book again.

We had a lovely week in Kingfisher. The property is a great layout with amazing facilities. The hot tub was wonderful, BBQ, Gym and sauna. We didnt have a dog with us but if you do, this is the place to stay!
Fantastic! Lovely place to stay Has everything You need whether you have a dog with you or not, and the owners are very helpful too and very welcoming If you are bringing your dog with you, they provide everything you could ever need and there is a large paddock outside to walk your dog. Also theres Little to none passing traffic
A beautiful place to stay, very well equipped and had everything we needed for the week. Hot tub was amazing, and the property was so well kitted out for dogs, will definitely be bringing ours next time! Very clean and comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The property was exactly as you see clean,welcoming and all the little added extras tea milk dog towels and many more little bits which made our 1st dog friendly holiday so wonderful Mark and Carol were brilliant hosts even down to advising places to eat etc to mark ten should of been 100! Absolutely superb! Fantastic place to stay. We really loved the attention to detail, the owners have really put a lot of thought into ensuring their visitors have a perfect stay. From the friendly welcome, the coffee, cookies and dog biscuits on arrival, to the dog towels and warm water shower for our dog he absolutely loved this, we couldn't fault anything. Modern, well equipped and comfortable with the added bonus of under floor heating. We would thoroughly recommend The Kingfisher at Strawberry Bank Farm.

Beautiful property, had everything you could require, Hot Tub was great, Strawberry Bank was a lovely Farm and the owners were very hospitable and helpful there are plenty of walks for dogs and washing and drying facilities for your pet, although we didnt take a dog, I could see the advantages of that. We stayed in Kingfisher, t Chen Four adults sharing the property and it was ideal, two large bedrooms with ensuites, with a central living and well equipped kitchen central to that, lovely patio and open farmland views. Only criticism I had was that it is a bit remote, although the owners state that, it was further away from places than I had imagined. So a car is a must have. Brilliant time though, thankyou.
Simply fabulous! There was absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing holiday and it was immaculately clean. There were ample amounts of crockery etc, which meant we didn't need to wash up every day and we really appreciated the home made biscuits. We enjoyed using the hot tub, sauna and gym during our week long stay. The owners, Mark & Carol, were very friendly and we loved meeting their beautiful doggies. Would highly recommend Strawberry Bank to those with or without dogs.
My holiday stay at the kingfisher at strawberry bank was excellent, could not find fault with anything. The moment we arrived, my dog was overjoyed by the spacious enclosed paddock where she could run, play, and explore to her heart's content. The cottage itself was cozy with some great features and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Being able to watch my dog enjoy herself without worrying about her getting lost was a great relief, and the peaceful surroundings made the experience even more enjoyable. Whether we were taking walks through the fields or simply lounging on the patio or hot tub, every moment was filled with relaxation. This petfriendly cottage really exceeded my expectations.
We had a lovely stay at strawberry bank kingfisher. Everything you could need was taken care of and thought about. Homemade cookies on arrival were very yummy too! We will definitely be back to visit again

Mark and Carol cottage was beautiful and made us feel very welcome would highly recommend.
We loved our break at Kingfisher, Strawberry Bank. The accommodation was well thought out and very smart. Peaceful location, excellent fields for the dog to explore, and a warm shower to wash the dog under, excellent ! Although the barn is set in a peaceful location it is still quite close to Bude and all it has to offer. The owners are on hand, thoughtful and approachable. We enjoyed our break and would return .. tomorrow if we had the time.
