We had another lovely week stay at Lundy View Chalet. If you like peace and tranquility this is the perfect place with amazing sea views and sunsets. Large garden for our dog and even a hot tub. Booked again for a third year. Perfect.

We have just enjoyed a lovely short break at Lundy view chalet. The sea view is amazing, and the secure field for our dog was perfect. The hot tub is an added bonus and we really enjoyed it. The chalet was lovely warm and cosy, even when the wind was howling and hail hitting the windows! Its an extremely quiet spot and a great location to explore this part of North Cornwall.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable dog friendly stay at Lundy View. The chalet layout was perfect for us and our 2 spaniels. The enclosed garden was brilliant and a real bonus was the attached paddock. The views and sunsets were also stunning. It was easy to find but be aware that the road leading down to Widemouth Bay directly from Lundy View is very narrow and steep and not for the faint hearted. All in all we had a great stay at Lundy View

Lundy View Chalet is a lovely, private place to stay with everything you need for a comfortable break. The views are amazing and the garden, along with the attached field, was perfect for our dogs who absolutely loved it. The only thing to note is that there is just one bathroom and it is accessed through the main bedroom, which might not suit everyone depending on the group staying. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely visit again.

Accommodation and area was amazing. Bed comfy and great view of the coast. Beautiful surroundings and will definitely stay again, close to great places to visit and the dogs loved it, so much space for them and all enclosed which was amazing. Hot tub, added bonus and made plenty of use off.

Excellent small Chalet, stunning views and a great place to stay for a Couple and their dogs. Stephen very kindly lit the Hot Tub fire for us toasty warm on a cold Novembers evening. He popped by to ensure everything was in order, it was. BBQ outside and nice decking would be lovely to stay in Summer, we will be back hopefully!

Lundy View is a lovely no frills chalet. Very dog friendly inside & out with a secure garden. The views are beautiful and we made good use of the hot tub. A really quiet location. It was well worth what we paid for this time of year.

We had a great time at the chalet. The view is amazing and the chalet itself had all the facilities we needed to have a really enjoyable week down in Cornwall.

Dont even know where to start with what an amazing time we had at Lundy view chalet, its such an amazing location, the dogs absolutely loved the garden and paddock, the hot tub is brilliant with a great view out to see, all the facilities are exactly how they were described, theres a great little beach close by, a short drive into Bude, we just loved every minute of our stay and didnt want to come home, we loved it that much, weve just booked to come back next year.

We had a wonderful time at Steve's chalet. Steve himself was so kind and helpful to us. We got a bit lost finding the chalet on arrival so we phoned Steve and he kindly guided us with directions on the phone. He even appeared at the chalet shortly after our arrival, really nice guy. We had a week of weather you only dream of and being there with that breathtaking scenery, plus the hot tub topped it off. Thank you Steve from the bottom of our hearts

Mostly glorious sunny weather meant we were able to use the outside seating & dining area every day with fantastic views over the sea. Good coastal walking from the chalet with the added benefit of a soak in the hot tub when we got back. Owner Steve was attentive & friendly.

The most beautiful location. The chalet is lovely. It is worth mentioning there is nowhere to hang clothes in either bedroom and the drawers are small. This did not matter to us but someone going for longer than us 3 nights may find storage a problem in the bedrooms, not knowing. A lovely holiday and will definitely love to return.

Wow what an amazing view from this property and the hot tub was an added bonus. The very large field was so big my dogs little legs couldn't run around the whole edge of it. Inside was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property.

The minute you step through the gate Lundy view chalet takes your breath away! The location is just stunning. The chalet is perfect, very well equipped. The decoration is very tasteful. The owner Steve was very friendly and helpful. We had very bad weather which we kind of expected in December but at the same time came home well rested and with the feeling that we will never forget Lundy View and hoping to return back to this beautiful place!

I feel that there are 2 bits of important information missing from the description that would help people make an informed decision on making their choice to stay or not. One of which meant we had to cut our holiday short and that is there are sheep in the paddock. Luckily we don't have dogs that bark but it did mean they had to stay in as they were getting stressed and trying to jump the fence. The second thing missing is there are 2 steps to the bathroom luckily the disabled member of our party managed to get up and down with some help but it could have been a lot worst for somebody. These things may be down to Sykes and the way they lay things out but they should be mentioned.

Beautiful secluded location, overlooking the ocean. Great views and wonderful sunsets. Well equipped and comfortable property, with all we needed. On site parking and secure garden, a big plus for our dog. Hot tub and garden furniture a bonus. Great field next door for walks and viewing the coast line, enhanced by the viewing platform built by the owner. We had a fabulous week, even the weather was good. A great base to explore Cornwall. The chalet was well equipped and comfortable. It was secluded and had beautiful views. Steve was really helpful and came out to add some extra panelling to the garden gate to make it more secure for the dogs. Sykes have been really good to deal with. All very straightforward.

We loved our stay at Lundy View! What a gorgeous place to stay and explore Cornwall. The views are unbelievable and enjoyed sitting out every night to watch the sunset. We will be staying again! The hosts were friendly and helpful. The property was spotless, hot tub was fantastic and the views were breathtaking! On an overcast day the view of Lundy island is crystal clear! A cosy hub for visiting areas of interest, our favourites being Bude, Boscastle and Tintagel. The enclosed area was perfect for our two small dogs, and the field directly outside of the enclosed area was accessible with a viewing point at the bottom overlooking the sea.

Property was chosen for the location and views. The chalet was very clean and comfy and had everything you needed for the stay. Extremely quiet. Our dog particularly appreciated the enclosed paddock for some safe running around. Only the weather was against us but on our last day we did get to see Lundy! The owner, Steve, did text on a particularly windy night to see if we were ok. He was very helpful and we would definitely stay again.

The chalet is in a lovely area with stunning views, the area surrounding it and the main town were also lovely. We were lucky enough to have some sheep in the field in front! Although the weather wasnt on our side that didnt stop us from getting in the hot tub. The chalet is situated perfectly and you get some incredible views on a clear day both from inside the chalet itself and in the hot tub.
