Manor Farmhouse Reviews

Matthew
A fantastic property in a great location that had everything we needed
Wonderful place for a multigenerational family get together to celebrate a 70th Birthday. Having en suite facilities was a real bonus and much appreciated by all. The large dining table was wonderful for us all to sit down and eat together. Would have appreciated it if the table could be split at times, for us to play the board games that our family enjoys. An outdoor warm shower would be beneficial, especially for those on the top floor who were showering before using the hot tub, who then had to come through the house wet.
Attractive and spacious house a short walk from a beautiful coastline worked well for our group of 18 adults and children. The hot tub was a big plus. Downsides were that the mattresses are extremely firm not to everyone's taste and the cooker in the main kitchen is a bit ropey I don't think the ovens go past about 150C.
My family and I booked Manor House to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. There were 17 of us and there was more than enough room for us all. There were games for the children play outdoors and everyone was excited about the hot tub. The bedrooms were very comfortable, The two living rooms were cosy with more than enough space for us all to sit round and have lovely family time, the log fires added to the ambience. The kitchen was really well equipped, and there was a massive dining room that caused some this is awesome reaction. I can't recommend The Manor House enough, it was amazing

Julie was a fantastic from the start giving me full details of everything in an around Manor House. The house was beautiful, extremely clean and the Christmas decorations were a nice surprise. The kids loved it. The Photo don't do it justice. We would absolutely come back again!

The comunication beford hand was excellent and place itself was great, well looked after and very comfortable. There was a minor unforseeable issue during our stay and the owner was very responsive and got someone out to have a look straight away. The only downside for us was that the dinning room table is a single piece and based on the photos we had assumed it was two seperate tables pushed together. Which isnt something that would be an issue for the majority of people who use it. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.
We had a great stay at Manor Farm. It is well located the bus stop is just outside and easy to walk down to the beaches at Reighton or Hunmanby. The house is 300 years old, so as expected the floors are a bit uneven. But, it has been well renovated to ensure it stays in keeping with its heritage, but also has all the mod cons needed such as ensuite bathrooms etc. The hot tub was a great bonus too, as was plenty of parking in the secure courtyard. I would definitely recommend this house for a large group, and would love to return sometime.

Perfect property for our group of 18 adults and children. We appreciated the number of bathrooms, a dining table big enough for us all and the lovely clean and comfy beds. The property is lovely and clean. Love the character of the property and the plentiful parking. Julie the host was easy to contact. Fabulous stay, we hope to return.

A very comfortable stay. Plenty of space and facilities. Hot tub was very popular. A great house for a large family get together, space for adults, children and dogs too. Nice and private.

We had a good time and it was very comfortable . We struggled at times it gets a WiFi signal .And we thought a smart TV in the lounge would have been good . Especially because it was too dark on an evening to go out with young children Also cottages that I've stayed in provide a welcome pack of goodies like a pint of milk and other basic essentials . The hot tub was great . The kitchen was incredibly well equipped. Thanks .
It was exactly what we needed, we were all comfortable and the location was excellent

Such a wonderful stay for a craft filled girly and relaxed hen party. A table could all sit round was a game changer. Short walk to the beach and hot tub made it extra special. Ample fridge and freezer space plus two coolers was an extra win. So many bathrooms and lots of parking. It couldnt have been more ideal.
Howard
Great house for a big family gathering. Lots of bedrooms all en suite. Fantastic dining room where we could all be seated. 2 comfortable lounges. Well equipped and dog friendly. Most enjoyed the hot tub. What more could you ask for?
Phoebe
We absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful and in a really gorgeous location, just a walking distance from the beach. Our property owner was really helpful and provided plenty of information prior to our stay to ensure we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be returning.
