The separate utility room, located off the dining area, is equipped with a washing machine, and microwave

Games Room
Off the utility room and furnished with a small size ping pong table, boardgames, bean bags and a wall mounted TV

Bedroom One (en suite)
This first-floor bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a super king size bed with bedside tables and lamps, a sofa and occasional chairs including a rocking chair, a chest of drawers, a dressing table and mirrors, hairdryer

Bedroom Two has a king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, wardrobe, chair and mirror

Bedroom Three
Featuring fab ‘climbing wall’ wallpaper, this room is furnished with a double bed, side tables with lamps, a wardrobe with mirror and drawer, a chair and blanket box

Bedroom Four
Ideally suited to children, this room has toys and games and is furnished with two single beds*, a built-in wardrobe and two small side tables with lamps
*These beds are suitable for adults, but the décor is child-friendly

Bathroom One
The beautiful main bathroom is on the first floor and includes a roll-top bathtub, separate shower, an antique teak and marble washstand with ceramic basin, WC, shaver point and heated towel rail

Bathroom Two
This en suite to the main bedroom has a shower, bath with teak surround, basin, toilet, heated towel rail, storage, shaver point and mirror

Outside
The garden is lovely, private and secure with lots of lawn to laze on. There’s a paved patio area, and a pergola with festoon lighting above the outside dining table and benches. The fire pit has a grill attachment for BBQ’s.
The creek is a few metres away

Ample parking is available for four cars alongside the house, with additional parking available nearby
