Natterjacks, Syderstone

Had the best Christmas ever. Natterjacks had every thing we needed to enjoy a big family Christmas. The open plan living was perfect for us with Lots of space so we so we never felt on top of each other . The kitchen was very well equipped and the log burner gave it a cozy feel. The friendly horse next door came to visit us every morning. Its in a really good location with lovely walk from the door and only 20 minutes to the coast . I honestly can not think of a single negative thing to say about natterjacks

We loved our stay at Natterjacks, particularly the kitchendining area was lovely to be in and the garden space was great. We also really enjoyed the beautiful horse next door, Cinders. The area is beautiful and very peaceful and quiet. The house had everything that we needed except a couple of kitchen utensils we couldnt find, it was the right temperature, the living room furniture has been well used, but was comfortable, as were the beds. Couple of feedback points are that it wasnt as clean as I wouldve liked, there were quite a lot of dead flys on the floor when we arrived and dog hair under the furniture, particularly under the kitchen island bar. Would also have been nice to have had access to a highchair andor travel cotmattress. Access was easy and parking was plentiful for our 3 cars. Were planning on coming back next year.

The Property is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space, the outdoorindoor style is so lovely and was perfect with the dogs! The location was great and beds super comfortable. We were a bit disappointed when we got there and read the manual at the restrictions on where dogs could go in the house. It would be helpful if this is listed on the property description as we would not have booked it if we had known dogs couldnt come upstairs and it made it quite difficult for the weekend.

We had such a lovely stay at Natterjacks! The cottage was spotless, beautifully presented, and in a peaceful location perfect for a relaxing break. Claire was incredibly helpful and responsive, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Little touches like the welcome treats and fresh bedding made all the difference. Would definitely recommend and wed love to come back!

We found Natterjacks clean, comfortable and spacious for the seven of us. Plenty of bathrooms, so no one ever had to wait. We loved the big kitchendining area and folding glass doors going out to the garden and patio area. Only downsides the hob could have been bigger, there were loads of flies and we experienced some noise from the neighbours behind us. Overall though, a thoroughly lovely house for our break to Norfolk.

We were initially blown away with the accommodation, it was the perfect space for 2 families to share a weekend together. The property was very well equipped. The location was great to explore the beautiful Norfolk beaches. We did feel the cleanliness let the property down a little, glass doors were very smeary all chrome fixings including taps fridge oven etc had visible marks and limescale. Under sinks and toilets were not cleaned to a high standard. We felt like the property would benefit from a deep clean. We actually went out and bought kettle descaler as we did not feel happy using it as it was. We would recommend some fans for the hotter days, upstairs was particularly warm. Unfortunately the price has almost doubled for next year so we won't be returning on that basis. Overall we had a great stay and made many memories. Thank you

We had a fabulous 4 day break at Natterjacks. We had a minor problem on the first day but it was speedily resolved by the owners. It's a great location, not too far from all the places we wanted to visit Sandringham, Holkham and many more. We would definitely recommend this property and can't wait to return next year.

Great stay for our large family group for birthdays weekend. Fabulous sociable areas for everyone, plenty of bathrooms. Ample seating and parking, luxury quality fixtures and fittings, just a great space for a large group to enjoy together. We did need the sofa bed and only criticism would be that it is not comfortable, room is big enough for a bed and a second ground floor bedroom would have been great for our more mature family members, so that said reviews are all about feedback for improvement and this is a little thing and we would stay again in a heartbeat, fabulous holiday home

The property and location are lovely and well equipped. The beds are comfortable but could do with a few extra pillows. Some of my party found the shower ensuite ground floor to be very slippery under foot, we purchased and left a shower mat, so hopefully this is no longer an issue. The property has one two sofa bed in snug ground floor bed rooms suitable for disabled access but the gravel drive is not very accessible for wheel chair mobility aids.

Stayed for a family members birthday. Fantastic property with lots of room for the adults and kids. Very well maintained and welcoming. Lovely walks near by. Lots of things locally to do with the family. Would happily stay again.

We enjoyed a wonderful 2night stay at Natterjacks. Time spent on the first evening around the Firepit, enjoying a Barbcue from the Weber, meeting Tony the name we gave to the horse in the neighbouring paddock! Everything you need bar consumables like BBQ Coals etc are there and great spaces for an extended 3gen family gettogether. Natterjacks benefits from its quiet location away from the hustle of the coast road and towns, but is close enough that Burnhams, Wells, the beaches & Holkham are all just a short drive away. The dogoes also had a blast, summed up by the peaceful day after! The icing on the cake was one of our group forgot a coat, and Claire was kind enough to not only track it down, but also to repatriate it to us. We look forward already to our next trip to North Norfolk and stay, Thank you for a relaxing few days

Wow, what a beautiful property. The pictures do not do the house and gardens justice. We stayed over the Easter holidays as a family of 8 with 3 dogs, all bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was beautiful and they even had towels for the dogs. The log burner was lovely in the evenings. The neighbours horse was a lovely addition. Would not hesitate to book again. The owners were so helpful when my dog hurt her paw and recommended a wonderful vets. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would return in a heartbeat.
