Our large, 3 generation family had a fantastic weekend in Scarborough, staying at the North Beach Lodge. The house itself was perfect for us, within easy walking distance to the beach, park and town. There was plenty of space within the property with the added bonus of a hot tub. We will definitely be booking to stay there again and would recommend this house to anyone needing multiple bedrooms and large living accommodation.

This property is amazing, its an absolutely gorgeous house. The bedrooms are all lovely and nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen and utility room have everything you could need. Hottub is a bonus ! There was 13 of us ranging from 26 to 62 and we all loved it ! It's in a great location , with everything you could need in walking distance. The owner was extremely helpful , after stepping in at last minute to allow us to use his property after our other was cancelled, he was then making sure everything was OK for us and happy to help with any queries. Would highly recommend this property !
The North Beach Lodge Team were most helpful and prompt in dealing with our additional requests during our stay. The house is very well equipped and plenty big enough to accommodate up to 16 people. The inclusion of a hot tub was much enjoyed by our grown up grandchildren.
We loved our stay at North Beach Lodge. The house is very comfortable and spacious! The location is brilliant for discovering Scarborough and surrounding area. Added bonus is the hot tub, great for chilling after a busy day out and about!
A lovely holiday lodge, it was perfect for our group of 9 adults. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed and the rooms and bedding were immaculate. The hot tub was a great size for our group too. The property is about a 7minute walk from the beach which was perfect for a Saturday morning dip. There's also great access to a local park, the beach promenade and local town centre. Parking is more for 3 cars rather than 4 cars it would fit 4 cars if they were all small sized vehicles. It was great that the lodge provided 2 x parking discs for cars parking on the road.
We had a lovely holiday. The property was spacious and suited a diverse family group. It was well equipped and comfortable. In a great position particularly for North Bay attractions and a bonus to have off road parking if somewhat of a squeeze for 4 cars. Hot tub was a great feature too.

In need of some general TLC. one toaster not working. some cleanliness issues cobwebs in corners so clearly not cleaned recently Bathroom floor in extension not cleaned as several clear plastic hairbands and long dark hairs found on floor in front of sink. Bedroom with metal headboard headboard very dusty not cleaned for sometime. Paving round hot tub green and blimey in places

Large property in close proximity to Scarborough north beach and park. Area is quite rundown and neighbouring properties were very noisy late at night. Property it self was good but perhaps some of the bedroom fittings need upgrading. Other than that had a lovely stay and the property is ideal gor large family groups. Car parking does struggle to get 4 cars in.

Had a great stay with extended family. Parking made a huge difference and had 4 cars parked on the front. Everything we could think we would need was provided except for tongs for turning the bacon
After the initial hiccup which was quickly resolved, we had a lovely stay at North Beach Lodge to celebrate my husbands birthday with all our family, the kitchen was very well equipped, and there was plenty of room for 3 generations to spread around. The children enjoyed the games room and we made use of the hot tub even tho the weather as cold.
We had a lovely few days in Scarborough. The house is warm and comfortable and it was good to have en suites in most of the bedrooms. The park, beach and handy corner shop are just a short walk away. The only downside was the tv controls which didnt work very well.

Great compilation of rooms suitable for our mixed group of family and friends as most rooms at the property have their own bathroom. Plenty of communal spaces too and a couple of rooms tucked away if you want some quiet space. And of course the hot tub is a great bonus! Property clean with everything we needed including games room and parking. Property is dog friendly and there was a faint smell of dog in the lounge something to be aware of if you dont have dogs or if you have any allegys. Location is great you are a 14 min walk into town one way or a 2 min walk to Peasholm park the other way and 5 mins to the beach. There is a shop a minutes walk away for essentials and also a chip shop.
What an amazing place to stay! Location was excellent, close to the North Beach and Peasholm Park with shop, pub etc close by. The rooms were all spacious, lovely and clean and everything we could possibly need for our stay. We had a fabulous family holiday!

Great house thank you. We were 8 ladies in our 60's and all agreed the house was fab. Very comfortable and loved all the bathrooms. Excellent dining and sitting room and kitchen good. Super location. Extremely good communication beforehand with all information very clear.
We had a lovely stay at the North Beach Lodge. 10 adults and 4 children we were there for the weekend for a family celebration and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and said they would definitely go again. It was nice to have all the family there together and there was something to suit everyone. The hot tub and games room were a big success. Thank you for a great stay.
Great space for a large group and ideal location next to Peasholm and North bay. Kitchen is very well equipped and modern. The rest of the house needs updating and cleaning, very dusty, dirty dining chairs, ensuites grubby, outdoor areas need a power wash. Still feels like a guest house as opposed to a large house.

What a fantastic location this property is in. So comfortable in all the rooms and plenty of space for an intergenerational family trip. Great facilities in the house and the hot tub was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed it!
A well appointed and equipped clean house in a great location for all that happens in the nearby North Bay and only 15 minute walk to the Town Centre. We went offseason but the weather was kind! but the parking places would be a real plus in the main holiday season. Would go again if staying in Scarborough.

Our family of 12 stayed here recently and had a fantastic time The house was immaculate, well equipped and spacious with the added bonus of the hot tub which everyone took advantage of. The location couldn't be better, very close to the beach and town. Couldn't go wrong with all the eatingdrinking establishments! Would thoroughly recommend for large groups and we will hopefully return at some time in the future
Having stayed in a few similar places in the area we can say this was by far the best. The owners provided a high quality guide of up to date information before our stay before we arrived allowing us to plan our trip and took up many of their recommendations many of which were a convenient short walk away. The house itself was as described with comfortable areas, with well designed warm and inviting rooms. The amenities had all the desired space which allowed multiple groups to enjoy their own activity without the disturbance of overlapping each other. A good example is the quiet snug well situated for reading far enough away from the music being played by the hot tub and the film being watched the Livingroom. The owners were helpful, informative and quick in response to our query making allowing you to relax. Well situated, great venue suitable for families or groups, I would highly recommend.
Great holiday stay all close to town centre and all amenities, key collection was simple we parked 3cars on the drive with ease with probably room for 1 more, would deffo consider using again, just 1 thing it could have done with more loo rolls.
The house was great for our family get away, it ticked all the boxes and the hot tub was much fun! Some of the rooms need a decor update but fit for purpose. The kids loved it.

The location, property facilities, space was amazing we had the best time, especially with the little bar area and dining area where we had drinks, games and the hot tub. The kitchen was amazing, we really did have the best time and will be booking again for the same weekend 2024
A nice house within easy walking distance of the town. Rooms were all clean and welll equiped. Problem with the hot tub which could not be fixed during our stay despite the best efforts of the owners compensation payment was given. An enjoyable stay.
Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday staying at North Beach lodge. There were 16 of my family staying ages 72 down to 1, plus dogs with lots of space for everybody. The children really liked the snug and den where they could disappear, the hot tub was a treat and generally we were able to relax and feel comfortable. Property is very close to peasholm park with its interesting trails and to the north beach. The owners were quick to respond to a couple of minor queries we had and did so in a very friendly manner.
Just returned from this lovely property & what a fab time we had. Loved the house & loved Scarborough. We were a family of 13 & the property was a great size for us all to live without living on top of one another. The house had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.
Weve had a brilliant time at North Beach Lodge. It comfortably accommodated 12 of us and our dog. They had thought if everything. The kitchen is really well equipped and theres plenty of space to socialise and to just chill in one of the many little snugs. The location is just perfect too. Within a very short walking distance of the beautiful park, and all the north beach attractions plus several lovely eating places and the Water Park. What more could you want?
Fantastic house in a perfect location for anything North Beach. So much room inside the house and everything you could need inside. Check in was simple and can not thank the owners enough for the great memories we made in Scarborough
Excellent location short walk to the beach and lots of amenities close by Space was fantastic including having the parking on site Nice that nearly all bedrooms had en suite. Kitchen had some lovely facilities but space for getting meals ready was a little limited
