A fabulous bungalow with brilliant spacious living space. Well equipped and very comfortable. The Christmas tree was such a lovely touch along with the garland over the log fire, a lovely space to spend Christmas. We loved the outside deer lights too. There was an outstanding welcome pack for our arrival, we were treated to a hamper of goodies for our Christmas break. We will definitely return to this lovely accommodation. Many thanks.

Very nice property, very spacious we had a party of 7 adults and 2 dogs and it was comfortable. You were not on top of each other like you can be in other places. Ideally situated for the north of Scarborough and local amenities were easily accessible. Would recommend to anyone looking in that area or even Scarborough in general as we still went out to Filey and other places during our stay. Access and parking is good.

What an amazing bungalow. We thoroughly loved our week here. It has everything you can possibly want. Perfect and safe for our dogs who loved the outdoor space.

Very spacious, excellent for 6 adults and 2 kids plus a dog. Everything was new. Comfortable beds brilliant shower over the bath. My only suggestion would be to raise the mirror in bathroom so taller people can shave. But would definitely come again, thank you so much.

It was a lovely cottage. Needed some little tweaks ie light bulbs out.the owner paul was such a lovely guy very helpfull and just an all roung good guy.would deffo go back again wonderfull stay x

Such a lovely bungalow. So much space. Everything you need for an excellent stay and the added bonus of beautiful weather. The welcome pack was amazing, tea, coffee, milk & sugar, to get you started and it was like Paul owner knew our favourite snacks too. Plenty of information supplied for days out and take away menus. Can recommend the local chippy. Very nice and reasonable. We will definitely be back.

Excellent property and secure garden for a dog. Very easy access to local amenities and central for driving along the coast North and South of Scarborough.

Wow! This bungalow is fantastic. It has everything you could ask for. The biggest & comfiest sofa and an amazing bath. It has a big secure garden for the dog. It is in a great location for exploring Scarborough, Whitby, Staithes and even back to York for a spot of retail therapy. There is a chip shop and a Chinese takeaway less than 100m up the road and a supermarket a short walk away. It is the nicest property we we have stayed at, and we go away two to three times every year all over the UK. We would love to return in the future. Thank you for the really generous welcome pack as well. Hope you see you in the future.

The bungalow is stunning and completely met our needs. We had a wonderful 4 nights stay. Everyone relaxed and enjoyed our break! The welcome pack left was amazing and our boys were incredibly excited!! Very thoughtful thank you! Its definitely the little touches that put this bungalow above the rest! We loved looking through the book of photos about the bungalow being built fab! All in all, its the perfect holiday home and is so close to Scarborough that was really convenient too! Well located for Scarborough itself and access to the countryside and beaches along the coast. We really appreciated the owners welcoming approach and hope to holiday at this property again.

Property had everything that you needed and was clean and tidy. The back garden was ideal for the dogs. Close to Scarborough, and local shops. The snacks left by the owner was a lovely touch, as well as tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk. We were a family of five, so ample bedrooms, large dining table and lovely spacious living room. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful home spacious comfortable . Lovely owner put away our online delivery for us . Everything you could possibly want was there so we'll equipped . Lovely towels such comfortable beds . Lovely little treat pack left for us such lovely gesture . Parking for our 3 cars . Bathroom spacious .shower lovely powerful. But quite a climb to get into the bath . The general feel of the bathroom it needs abit of TLC especially around bath and window but these are just observations not criticism. The separate stand alone shower leaked terrible as the door dosent come down to the bottom . So we all used the family bathroom. The kitchen was amazing everything you needed provided oven was great . Location hood only 10 drive into Scarborough we were the for Armed Forces day it was brilliant . The chippie just round the corner was lovely ordered and paid online arrange a time to collect all ready znd they were delicious. Area quiet good sleep . All in all we had the most amazing time 6 adults 2 kids and 2 pooches we would definitely recommend for us personally the only thing that let it down was the outside space just rough concrete and small patch of grass not a very pleasant place to sit out .but I feel maybe this may be a project for the future

The cottage was perfect and just as described. We had a lovely week with 4 generations of the family under one roof which was a special treat. I think it could do with a few hooksstandsrails for towels and dressing gowns and mirrors for the small rooms, otherwise the only thing that we were short of was a few serving spoons as we ate mostly at the house.

We were very happy with our stay very clean and comfortable the host paul was very approachable and friendly and we appreciated our little welcome pack it went down a treat! ! i cannot think of anything negative at all about our stay thank you

The only down side was we couldn't find it at first! ! Lol?! Think it would benefit from just putting something about it been behind the houses, apart from that the bungalow was lovely & well equipped. We want to thank you also for the lovely food items you left, really appreciated.

The bungalow was clean and spacious everything you needed was there. The beds were very comfortable. A big enclosed garden for dogs .Plenty of parking for 3 cars. The welcome pack was very much appreciated even included dog treats for the dogs.

My husband and I visit Scarborough twice a year and can honestly say this is the best accomodation we have stayed at. The lovely bungalow was clean,spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.Paul,the owner was helpful and friendly and we are already planning to return later this year.We enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to leave and joked with Paul that he may have to evict us.This bungalow has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people.Paul actually built this bungalow and it's clear that he has put his heart and soul into it.Its 5 stars from us and would give it higher if we could

The Property was as decribed spacious,comfortable and clean. We visited in February and the temperature of the rooms was perfect and maintained through out our stay. Beds were very comfortable as was the big sofa in lounge. The welcome pack was generous and much appreciated, will hopfully be back again Thank You. Karen and Steven Farrington.

We had a brilliant stay here! Will 100 be back and will highly recommend to others looking for a few days away! My daughter had the best time with her friends celebrating her 16th Birthday thanks again for a fantastic very spacious bungalow xx

Had a great time staying here, great facilities, owner was helpful and considerate, and the neighbourhood peaceful and restful. The bath alone was amazing and worth going back for, can't remember the last time I was in a bath tub big enough to lie down in and be fully submerged. Only minor issues were that there wasn't anywhere to hang your coats, could have done with a coat stand, but we got by with leaving coats on back of dinning chairs. And could have used a larger fridge, though we as a family tend to overstock, were there for 2 weeks over Xmas, New Year and a 50th birthday. However we had a great time and will no doubt book again.

We had a fantastic holiday,the owner was very pleasant and helpful, a beautiful cottage, very spacious and modern with a secure back garden for the dogs . A mile into Scarborough and close to whitby,filey,and more lovely seaside towns, good walking close by also,raincliff woods and Dalby forest and the moors within easy reach.thank you for a lovely time.

Fantastic holiday accommodation, great for a family of six and two dogs. Kitchen was huge with two great ovens and plenty of food prep areas. Lounge was great for all family to enjoy some tv time and board games, big tv too. Bedrooms were of good size, beds comfortable. Outside was good with plenty of room for the dogs to have a run around. Utility room was sufficient, two washing machines but no dryer so couldnt dry towels in time for next lot of showers, contacted owner and he brought a fresh set round and took the wet ones, dried and returned two day later, which really helped. Great location and a short drive from local shops and 15 min drive to the beach. We had a great time and would highly recommend to families of all sizes.

We absolutely loved our stay at 31a. The bungalow was so spacious, clean and comfortable. It was in brilliant distance to Scarborough. We will without doubt recommend this properly to family and friends and Im sure we will visit again. Thank you

Nice quiet location with good parking and very clean and comfortable house. Everything was great and we received a very lovely welcome pack including dog treats. Kitchen was wellequipped and plenty of space to sit in living areas. Only downside was one toiletbathroom for six of us wasnt ideal. A second toilet would make this property five stars. Also good dog walks locally.

The bungalow is ideally located for both the coast and the National Park. Thoughtful welcome pack provided. The property is spacious, bed very comfortable and enclosed garden if you travel with your dog. The property could benefit from an additional bathroomtoilet if the property was fully occupied.
