Entertainment features include a flat screen 64 inch Smart TV with Freeview and Sky Q (Sports only), an Xbox and digital DAB radio, and a selection of boardgames, books and DVDs
This room has sliding door access out to the balcony with incredible views over the dunes and out to sea

Kitchen
The kitchen is beautifully designed and very spacious with a breakfast bar and 4 stools, integrated double oven and grill, an induction hob, integrated energy-efficient fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and * De Longhi Dolce Gusto coffee machine (large pods)
A range of cookware, utensils, glasses, crockery and cutlery is provided

*Guests are asked to supply their own pods

The separate utility is on the first floor and houses an energy-efficient washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner

A charcoal BBQ, beach equipment and sun loungers etc are stored in a shed opposite the front entrance – there is also lock-up storage space for bodyboards, wetsuits and bikes
There's an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy toes and beach gear
