Over three floors. Eleven bedrooms and one dormitory room (all king-size doubles are zip/link, can be twin on request). Ground Floor: 2 x king-size doubles, 1 x twin with adjustable electric beds, 2 x shower rooms with shower, basin and WC. First Floor: 2 x king-size doubles, 1 x Super King Four Poster with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x dormitory room with 4 adult bunks, a 6ft zip/link bed and 4 pull-out trundle beds (sleeps 12), 1 x bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, basin and WC, 1 x shower room with shower, basin & WC. Second Floor: 5 x king-size double, 2 x shower rooms with shower, basin and WC, 1 x separate WC. Kitchen with dining area (seats 24) plus breakfast bar (seats 4). Utility. Sitting room (seats 16) with cinema projector, woodburning stove and sofa bed.
