Tremorla Reviews

The issues were that the house was quite cold when we arrived 27th as the heating wasnt working properly. I contacted the number left on Saturday 28th and spoke to the management company who told me the owners would ring me that day. We also then discovered that the tumble dryer was pouring water out during use. Didnt hear anything from them till Sunday 29th, they were very difficult to speak to and I wasnt quite sure what they were going to do. In the end they said they would ring me the next day. We then didnt hear anything from them on Monday 30th and also found fresh mouse droppings in the kitchen cupboards where the plates and pots and pans were kept. Rang the management company again, they contacted the owners who then said they needed to speak to me. I dont know why they wanted to speak to me as I had already told the management company everything. I then got another call on Tuesday 31st saying that they were going to send a plumber and would I be okay with that? Or they would just leave it. I said to send the plumber as the tap in the kitchen also wasnt working well. I found speaking to the owners very frustrating and they never seemed to say what they were going to do. We spent quite a lot of money for this trip and in the end we have left a day early. I ended up having to be on the phone many times during our trip which was very inconvenient and difficult to deal with. The owners seemed to think it was perfectly normal that there were mice. The cottage was clean when we arrived but the fresh mouse droppings were not ideal and the owners told me that it was normal for the countryside. So if thats the case I think that information should be added to the listing so people can make an informed decision.
