About Trevethen Cottage

Living Room
The separate sitting room is furnished with two sofas, providing ample seating for the whole family, with a Smart TV (Freeview) and DVD player for movie nights, as well as a DAB radio
Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not in use

Kitchen
Down the hall and up three steps, the lovely country-style kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and grill, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso pod coffee machine
At the opposite end is a breakfast table with chairs and a bench seat
The washing machine and tumble dryer are located on the first-floor landing, and a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are in the storage cupboard

Dining Room
Beautiful parquet flooring and a feature fireplace add character to this room where a large dining table offers space for everyone to gather, whether for a hearty breakfast before heading out or a leisurely dinner after a day’s adventures
Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not in use

Bedroom One (en-suite)
A bright and spacious bedroom complete with its own en-suite bathroom. Furnished with a double bed, bedside table and lamp, small chair, wardrobe and mirror

Bedroom Two (en-suite)
A lovely bedroom with an en-suite shower room which is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers and hairdryer

Bedroom Three
Designed with families in mind, this room features a triple bunk bed with a double below and a single on top, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for children or friends. The room has a bedside table and lamp, wardrobe and mirror
*The top bunk bed is only suitable for children 8 years and under

Bathroom One
Situated opposite Bedroom Three, the family bathroom has a shower, basin, heated towel rail, cabinet, mirror and WC

Bathroom Two
En-suite to Bedroom One, fitted with a bath and shower over, basin, heated towel rail, mirror and WC.

Bathroom Three
En-suite to Bedroom Two, featuring a double shower, basin, heated towel rail, shaving point, mirror and WC.

Outside
The outside areas include a small front terrace with two benches, and large decked space at the back which is accessed either from the kitchen (up a flight of steps), or from the first floor. This area has gates to make it secure*.
The decking patio has an outdoor dining table and chairs for alfresco dining, while a summerhouse with two day beds, offers a fun and versatile spot for relaxation and for storing beach gear.
There's a hot water shower near the side entrance — ideal for rinsing off after a day at Crantock Beach, just 500 metres away.
*Children and dogs will still need to be supervised

Parking
Private parking is available opposite the property, with space for two average sized cars or one large vehicle
