Open plan with the kitchen and dining area this bright room leads straight out to the patio through large sliding doors. Upcycled pieces of furniture, a two-seater and three-seater sofa, throws and eclectic soft furnishings adding to the laid back coolness of the space
Other features of the room are a smart flat screen TV, DVD player and bluetooth speaker

Open plan with the lounge and dining area, the minimalist, white kitchen features stone work surfaces and a range of large and small appliances including a fan assisted electric oven and induction hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, blender / mixer, kettle and toaster as well as a Nespresso coffee machine
*Guests to please supply their own pods

Separate Utility Room
Housing an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and washing machine

Dining Area
Incorporated within the open plan living area, it features a hardwood dining table with seating for six guests

Master Bedroom
A beautiful place to retreat to after a busy day out and about. Furnished with a double bed, occasional chair, bedside lamps, bedside tables, a mirror, a freestanding wardrobe and chest of drawers

Bedroom Two
This comfy room is perfect for families with children and features twin beds with side tables and lamps as well as a freestanding wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers. A selection of books and children's games are provided

Bathroom One
En-suite to the master bedroom, this bathroom is well ventilated and has a separate shower, heated towel rail, hand basin, mirror, and WC

Bathroom Two
This family bathroom is also well ventilated and features a bath with overhead shower, heated towel rail, hand basin, mirror, shaving point, cabinet, and WC


Outside
A suntrap wraparound terrace is furnished with a reclaimed timber table and seating for up to eight. Here you'll find a charcoal barbecue and an electric hot tub*. The garden has been designed to incorporate a swing set

*To ensure the hot tub complies with all guidance and is thoroughly clean, it is drained and refilled for each new rental period. This means it takes around 24 hours to heat up to temperature and may not be fully hot when you arrive. We hope you appreciate the steps taken to ensure cleanliness and we thank you for your patience if there is a slight delay before you can use it.
