The accommodation was more than we expected. The welcome pack was a lovely thought even one for our pet . Karen thought of everything and it was like home from home a really lovely cottage . Hopefully we will be back again and Im recommending it to my friends and family.

Would definitely recommend this place, very clean and well presented, the king size bed is so comfortable. Shower is nice and big and kitchen is very well equipped. The place had everything we needed and more, the beach is a couple of minutes walk and is dog friendly, I think our little dog is missing his early morning swim. Very welcoming, had butter, milk, bread, biscuits and a home made cake to welcome us when we arrived. The place is very quiet and we found that added to how relaxing our stay was there.

Water beach is an absolute gem. It was immaculately clean, comfortable, cosy and had everything we could think of that we needed for our stay, especially in the kitchen. We made great use of the slow cooker on the bad weather days! Being minutes from the beach and only a half hour walk into Mablethorpe or 15 mins to Sutton means its perfectly placed for a beach walk and warm upcool down. It is truly dog friendly, not just dog tolerant, and all three girls had a great time. Huge thank you to Karen for her welcome pack for both humans and furry friends. Well be back x Ps If youre planning a visit in NovemberDecember Waterbeach is close to Donna Nook seal sanctuary treat yourselves to a trip to see the pups!

Fantastic place for a holiday at the seaside. Bungalow is clean, airy and has everything you need for your time away. Welcome pack was very thoughtful, even any dogs are catered for here. Will definitely be returning.

Prior to arrival, the owner phoned and gave valuable information. Was welcomed by a cake, butter, bread and milk. Property is exceptionally equipped. Lovely walk to the beach from the property.
Great location close to the beach and promenade for dog walks. Spotless, well equipped, had everything you could need. Great welcome pack, especially the cake. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful break in a spacious and modern house, which was wellequipped in every sense. The garden was wellenclosed and safe for our dogs and our grandson !. The beach was a short walk away, which was nice.
Just perfect for us. Big tables inside and out so all the family could interact with one another. Great having outside hose for both dogs and people. Back gate to sea so special

Excellent property. Very clean and tidy with everything you could wish for even a picnic bag. We didnt have a dog but we noticed that dogs are well catered for. Only a short walk to the beech and a shop round the corner. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property, many thanks.

Such a delightful clean and comfortable cottage. There was an exceptional welcome pack on arrival that was greatly appreciated. The cottage is stuated in a perfect spot for exploring the coastline. The host was very friendly and informative. I would highly recommend this cottage and hope to return.
So pleased we chose this home perfect location for us could not fault the property lovely and clean very well set out perfect for the beach which was spotless massive difference to the west coastline where we come from. There is shops not to far away by car I can highly recommend the Chinese chip shop ming chef there is lots of places to visit like fantasy island 20min drive.can highly recommend cleethorpes its about 50 mins drive but worth it over all a great place for a holiday

What a lovely property. Clean, tidy, well equipped with lots of extras, including a welcome pack . There is plenty of room to spread out including an enclosed garden. The is access to a shortcut to a quiet, dog friendly, beach. If you have a dog that loves to swim in the sea, there is an external water hose with hot and cold water. It is a well thought out property and a credit to Karen and her husband. Can't wait to go back!
Beautiful holiday bungalow in a wonderful position for the beach walks with the dogs. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything you need was there, even air fryer, beach towels, childrens platescutlery etc, blankets and treats for dogs. Will definitely recommend to friends and will stay again if in area.

Very well equiped even towels, bowls etc provided for dogs who are on holiday and spacious bungalow in a quiet area. Disabled friendly everything being on the same level. Only a couple of minutes walk to a dog friendly quiet beach ideal for them to have a run safely. Would highly recommend.

Just come back after 2 weeks in this lovely property. Everything you needed and more including a delicious lemon drizzle cake. In a good location, with back gate leading to the promenadebeach. We met Karen when we arrived . She offered to come and do clean after the first week, but we gave her the day off

Single beds could do with a mattress topper. Cant see television when sat on settees.
Lovely accommodation. Only thing missing was a shaver point to charge my electric toothbrush!

We had a great stay at Waterbeach. Our only quibbles concerned the quality of the single beds and the comfort of the sofas and position of the tv in the living area. Otherwise a well equipped, clean, and well located property.
A beautiful holiday home with everything you need. The location was perfect, so near to the beach. Welcome pack was lovely and the bungalow was spotless and well equipped. Would highly recommend.
