An attractive tiered garden lies to the front and sides of the house. Views over Praa Sands and the bay can be seen displayed in all their glory from the terrace and upper floor balcony
Furnished decked area on the lower ground level with electric hot tub, sun loungers and a rattan lounge set
To the left of the property, the outside space wraps round to a paved terrace with curved outdoor sofa, fire bowl and gas BBQ
To the right of the house, the paved area has a clothes dryer and an outdoor shower, with access to a flight of wide steps that lead up to the driveway, as well as the back door into the lower ground floor hallway
On the ground (upper floor) there is a spacious balcony with decking and a glass balustrade, accessed through sliding doors from the lounge and dining area. The views from here are out of this world so you can dine alfresco at any time of the day with an amazing backdrop
