?The garden which includes a large patio with Rattan lounge suite and firepit has out of this world views over the sea that span the whole bay. Direct access down to the beach is via a short path at the bottom of the lawn.
There’s a picnic bench with another firepit, a charcoal BBQ, Jacuzzi (to the side of the house), hammock, trampoline, Ping Pong table (under cover), tree house, slide, outdoor shower and surf / beach gear store with Boogie boards)
Inside, off the first floor landing, there’s a door that leads to a suntrap decked terrace

Parking
Parking for two cars on the front drive with space for an extra vehicle right in front of the gate to the property. There is also additional parking in a small car park a few metres from the house but this is on a first come first served basis
