Open plan with the kitchen and living room, the dining area features a large table and seating for 6 guests. This whole space together with the kitchen, has a coastal ambience with natural fabrics and textures creating a cosy, minimalist feel.

Kitchen
Beautifully designed the kitchen flows effortlessly and includes a large fridge/freezer, fan-assisted electric oven and grill, dishwasher. A range of small appliances include a toaster, kettle, microwave, *Nespresso coffee machine and cafetiere and vacuum cleaner. Adding to its functionality and design, the kitchen includes a work island with induction hob and extractor, and doubles as a breakfast bar with two bar stools
*While the property does supply a starter pack of coffee pods, guests who require more will need to bring their own

Washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and iron, with door access to outside

Bedroom One (ground floor)
This beautiful bedroom features a comfortable super king size bed that can be configured to twins on request. Additional furniture includes two side tables and reading lamps, armchair and coffee table, clothes cabinet and a mirror.

Bedroom Two (upstairs on first floor)
This lovely bedroom features a super king size bed that can be configured to twins on request. The room has a built in wardrobe, a dressing table and mirror and a seating area.

Master Bedroom (upstairs on first floor)
The stunning master suite features a luxury king size bed with spectacular sea views from its double volume apex window and sliding door which opens over a small glass balustraded Juliet balcony. The room is furnished with a built-in wardrobe, dressing table and chair, armchair, two side tables and reading lamps. It also has its own en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom One (on first floor)
This family bathroom is features a large walk-in shower cubicle with a rain head as well as hand-held shower attachment. The room has a separate bathtub, a wash hand basin that sits on a cabinet with drawers, a mirror, heated towel rail and WC.

Bathroom Two (on first floor)
This bathroom is the en-suite shower room to the Master Bedroom and features a large walk-in shower cubicle with a rain head as well as hand-held shower attachment. The room has a wash hand basin, mirror, heated towel rail and WC

There is a separate downstairs cloakroom with WC and basin

Outside
To the front of the house is a landscaped garden with an undulating walkway and mature planting. A decked area on two levels makes for an inviting suntrap, with a small set of stairs leading up to the balcony which accesses the living room. Furnished with a bistro table and two chairs, the balcony is the perfect spot to catch up on a good book or for enjoying your morning coffee. The lower deck is furnished with a rattan swing chair and a modern concrete dining table and benches for an exquisite alfresco dining experience by the ocean.

*There is enough space at the back of the house and within the utility room for surfboards to be stored
