The spacious living area which is upstairs, is open plan with the dining area and kitchen. The room features incredible sea views and is furnished with a two-seater sofa, a coffee table wall-mounted Samsung Frame Smart TV and Sony speakers

Kitchen
The bespoke kitchen has ample work top space and storage and features an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

Utility Room
On the ground floor to the back of the cottage (outside) is a small utility room which houses a washing machine, ironing board, clothes airer and other household items.

Dining Area
This area is furnished with a table and chairs for two

Bedroom
Situated on the ground floor of the cottage this bright and airy this room has sea views and is furnished with a small double bed (4 ft), bedside shelves with reading lights, drawers and a hanging wardrobe

Bathroom
Positioned on the ground floor the bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle with electric shower, heated towel rail, drawer cabinet, hand basin and WC.

Parking
The Nutshell has free designated parking at the Chy Morvah Hotel which is approximately five minutes’ walk away. The property provides a parking permit for one vehicle, which must be collected on arrival from the cottage prior to settling in. The permit must be displayed on your dashboard when parked
