On the top floor of the cottage (under the eaves), this room is light-filled and has two balconies – one with amazing sea views. With bean bags and a music system it’s a great space to chill out with a book or for simply taking in the views over a coffee

Kitchen
The lower ground floor kitchen incorporates the cottage’s dining area and features granite worktops and a range of large and small appliances which include an induction hob, electric single fan-assisted oven and grill, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, kettle, cafetiere, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
A selection of glasses, cutlery, crockery, cookware and utensils is provided

Dining Room
Open plan with the kitchen on the lower ground floor, it features a table, 6 dining chairs and a Smart TV

All three bedrooms have duck feather duvets and pillows

Bedroom One
Situated on the upper ground floor, this room is furnished with a king size bed, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers, a wardrobe and mirror

Bedroom Two
This bedroom is on the first floor and features a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers

Bedroom Three
Also on the first floor and furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers

Bathroom One
Located on the lower ground floor, this bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hand basin, WC, heated towel rail, mirror and cabinet

Located on the first floor, this bathroom has a walk-in shower, bath, a hand basin, mirror, cabinet, heated towel rail and WC

Outside
Doors from the kitchen/diner lead out to a fully enclosed courtyard garden which is furnished with a table and chairs as well as a charcoal BBQ. This area also has an outdoor shower with hot water
On the second floor there are two balconies off the snug, one of which overlooks the beach and has wonderful sea views. This balcony is furnished with a small table and two chairs

Parking
This property offers an allocated space in the car park of a house called Verbena on Orange Lane which is 15 minutes’ walk away. The space is clearly numbered and named for Salubrious guests.
The long stay Island Car Park is 2 minutes’ walk from the property but please note that this car park is very popular so space availability is limited during the busier months
