Kitchen
Located on the ground floor, this is the first room you enter into from the front door. Large and amply equipped with plenty of counter-top space and storage, it features an electric oven and grill, induction hob, fridge with ice box, slim dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (ground coffee) and toaster. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils and crockery provided
(The washer / dryer, iron and ironing board are housed in the outside utility)
A few steps lead up to the back door landing which accesses the garden

Dining Area
The dining room is in the kitchen is furnished with a table and four chairs

Bathroom
Located on the first floor the family shower room features a walk-in double shower and rain head and hand-held attachment, hand basin, cabinet, heated towel rail and WC

Master Bedroom
Located on the first floor.
Light, bright and roomy. Furnishings include a king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, two wardrobes, a dressing table with mirror and stool, and a chest of drawers

Bedroom Two
Also located on the first floor, this charming bedroom features two single beds and a lovely, exposed stone wall. Furnished with two bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers and wardrobe

Outside
To the back of the cottage there is a paved courtyard garden with a table and chairs. An outside shed is handy for storing bicycles, wetsuits, boards and beach gear with an outdoor tap and shower tray perfect for washing off sandy toes and paws

Parking
This property does not offer parking however you are able to unload your bags outside the property with plenty of street parking about 100 meters away. Alternatively there’s a long stay car park 15 minutes’ walk away
