The large separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner and doubles as a boot room for coats, walking shoes and dog leads

The large breakfast bar with six upholstered chairs is used for indoor dining

Master Bedroom
Located on the first floor this wonderful room has its own shower room as well as a spacious balcony with table and chairs. Furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, mirror, integrated wardrobe and chest of drawers

Bedroom Two
Located on the first floor the second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, a mirror, integrated wardrobe and chest of drawers

Bedroom Three
This superbly spacious room features apex ceilings and roof lights. It is furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, an integrated wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror

Family Bathroom
Located on the first floor this bathroom has a bath, hand basin, heated towel rail, cabinet, mirror, hairdryer and WC

Bathroom Two
The en-suite to the master bedroom features a shower cubicle with waterfall shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC

(A separate cloakroom with WC is located on the ground floor off the utility room)

Outside
Secure garden with fence and chicken wire that separates it from the paddock. A raised deck which leads from the living room has a dining table and six chairs with lovely countryside views. Down from the deck via a few steps there is a lovely, paved patio with an outdoor rattan style lounge suite of sofas, table and footstool as well as two garden loungers and a charcoal BBQ
